First off I just want to say I've been working with this company for sometime now and alongside Sonny and it's been a great experience so far in the DSS Bakersfield branch. I have worked with Sonny for over 2 years and he's proven to be extremely reliable and trustworthy. Working with hands on companies in the past does not compare to the professionalism that this company shows in every aspect of service they provide. Whether it be patrol or standing. Sonny and Don prioritize their employees and clients, they make sure that we have uniforms for both types of weather to ensure performance And good equipment to work with. With these tools and training we can maintain a happy and satisfactory relationship with clients. Great training is provided and reassurance that we will be taken care of. One thing I truly enjoy is seeing the clients' faces light up when they see us on property looking professional and ready to provide quality vigilance. We constantly get compliments on our service and how safe they feel with our presence , especially in lower income areas. Our training here shows that this is a top tier company that can handle situations most companies cannot. Which is why when I wear the uniform I feel proud to be part of a growing industry with quite frankly the best company. This company is amazing! These bad reviews must be from someone that security had to be called on. Because that is the only thing that makes sense honestly. I've personally seen security get called on people and when they responded they were polite, professional even when the patron was hostile and wrongful. So the only thing that makes sense to me is the bad reviews come from someone who got security called on them. Also they have highly trained staff and are veteran friendly! Out of curiosity I asked what services they offered and they offer such a wide variety including executive protection. Shoot I may have to drop an application myself! A must hire if you're looking for sercurity for any reason. Won't get much better than this! I also went back to see Nicole I believes other reviews. She seems to be entitled to give nothing but bad reviews. So I wouldn't take the word from an unhappy person. More...

DSS Security is very professional and hire only the best. I've seen the officers working very closely with local law enforcement so it shows that they have a good relationship with pd. This is a great thing to have in a security company. The security officers are very knowledgeable about crimes and how to handle incidents appropriately. The officers are always dressed appropriately and neat compared to other companies I've seen. The officers are always very willing to help and are effective in solving problems that they encounter.
