We recently moved into a house to find the Salamander shower pump was not working, we found DSB through the manufacturer's web site. Dan was very helpful from the first contact and although very busy, kept us in the picture throughout with regard to when he could attend. The shower pump has since been replaced, the pipework modified to the manufacturer's requirements and we now have a working shower. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and without mess. DSB also replaced a faulty ball valve on the cold water storage tank in the loft in a similar manner. I would not hesitate to recommend DSB Plumbing and Heating. More...

Having just moved into our new business premises, it was the depth of Winter and we had no heating! DSB responded extremely quickly in our hour of need and installed a new heating system. We were very impressed with the technical knowledge and 'can do' attitude of Dan and his team. The finished product is of impeccable quality. DSB then installed new shower facilities into our showroom bathroom.... We are always happy to 'show off' this facility to our clientele and it has received rave reviews by all whom have used it.
