Hi, I would like to leave a review for David Scaife. I have been looking for employment and one Friday afternoon he contacted me after applying for a role dealt with by his organisation. Within a week I had been for an interview and was successful in securing a role. Unlike some recruitment companies the experience was that more personal. He had taken the time to fully review my skill sets and gained a very accurate idea of how my mind works. We talked a lot about psychometric tests and how they are influential on the business but also on the understanding they give yourself. Unlike some recruiters you did not feel just like a ‘number’. It was very refreshing dealing with such a person, especially as we all know looking for work can not always be a positive challenge. David went above and beyond in helping me secure a position with my future employers. He arranged a telephone conversation with me on a Sunday which was convenient for me, this enabled him to undertake a Personal Profile Analysis which was totally accurate, he then presented this to the company which helped secure me an interview. I have since been offered the position. David has continually updated me on any information and if he did not know the answer, would go out of his way to find this information out for me. I went through the whole pre-interview & interview phase whilst being kept well informed at each stage along the process.
