Eslam's professionalism and honesty are what stood out for me. I thought I needed to replace my dryer vent but upon closer inspection, he advised me what I needed what something a lot less complicated and much cheaper. He told me what to buy from the hardware store and how to do the job myself so I could save money and said he wouldn't charge me for coming out to inspect the issue. With that type of honesty, he's got a customer for life. I already have these guys scheduled to clean my dryer vent next year.When my friend's dryer vent needed replacing guess who I recommended? As usual, the professionalism (the man always comes early and calls to update if he's running late) and honest work is what my friend was raving about. My friend tells me his dryer is drying his clothes a lot quicker, and he can sleep soundly knowing that the new duct is of the highest and safest material quality.I am beyond amazed with their service. When my dryer needed repairing, the repairman suggested that I get the vent line cleaned out. A quick google search lead me to Dryer Vent Doctor. They set up an appointment a couple of days later. Eslam, the vent doctor, arrived promptly to clean the vent. He was kind and polite during the whole time he was in my home. Eslam explained everything he was going to do and showed me all of the lint he cleaned out of the vent. Our dryer now works better and more efficiently. Eslam, the technician was very polite and professional. He checked the airflow at the exterior vents before starting and there was no airflow at all as the duct was blocked.
He cleaned the duct thoroughly with a special brush and vacuum and
rechecked the exterior vent airflow which was very strong this time.
I am very happy with the work done and the professionalism shown. Would definitely recommend this company which specialises in dryer vent and duct cleaning. Thank you Eslam.

They explained what they needed to do to fix the dryer vent that dislodged from the roof.
