Jeff is not only an amazing trainer but a good friend who genuinely cares about the well being and progress of his clients. Man I wish I still lived in Jax, solely so I could be trained by Jeff Ford at Drive Fitness. I've known Jeff practically my whole life and can promise you will not meet a cooler more intelligent trainer.
