Really enjoying my sessions with Steve and am making making lots of progress in powerlifting,
Also I struggle with processing information so sometimes I have to be shown things a few times, but Steve is really patient and always makes sure I understand what we are doing can't recommend him enough.

My personal training service doesn't just cover the individual sessions, but also what my client's do outside of the session as well. You may only be with me in person for 1, 2 or 3 hours a week, which leaves 165 hours where you are not with me. Therefore I like to keep you accountable by staying in touch through WhatsApp, as well as monitoring your nutrition through MyFitnessPal, and workouts on Google Sheets. Consistency is they key to long term results.

As mentioned above, consistency is key. It's great doing the ultimate fat loss diet for 6 weeks. But what happens after the 6 weeks is up? The weight usually goes back on. The same applies for strength training and muscle building. Stay consistent, get results.

I enjoy watching my clients progress, not only in terms of body shape but also in terms of strength and confidence. Building someone up from never lifting weights and sometimes being scared of them, to being able to deadlift their bodyweight or more is awesome to be involved in.

I have 8 1/2 years experience in the industry, working with a wide range of clients from sports people and celebrities, to normal people wanting to work on general fitness and losing weight. I put my all into my clients, from nutrition and training programmes, through to support and guidance throughout the week. It is not just about the PT session, but the whole coaching experience.
