With your goals in mind, I provide a friendly and encouraging environment for you to train in. I believe in getting away from the drill instructor image of yesteryear and providing a more encouraging, educational and better value for money service.
I specialise in body composition changes through fat loss and building lean muscle, and boxing, as well as technique work for advanced exercises such as the squat, deadlift and bench press. I like to keep in touch with my clients throughout the week to ensure that they are sticking to their plan and making healthy long term changes.
