Been going here for the past month or so and I absolutely love this place. As of right now I am in the best shape I've ever been in my life and growing bigger and faster each and every week. No other place I'd recommend, coach Omar and coach marquise (sorry if misspelled) treat me like one of their own and I feel free to express myself. This is the best place for kids like me who want to improve themselves and interact with other kids my age. I enjoy watching my Munchkin working out with the other kids. He works hard to keep up and never falters in his effort as he's working with the bigger kids and Coach Omar keeps him feeling like he's doing great! The kids that attend drills for skills are learning to care for their bodies and minds. The coaches at DFS mentor the athletes and encourage them to be 1% better everyday. My boys look forward to going to DFS each night and take pride in their accomplishments there. You know somethings right when it's Christmas break and the brand new video game shuts down becuase they want to know if Mom or Dad are driving them to the gym.
