Once again an amazing sports massage from Rio, just what I needed. I used to come here for a sports massage regularly but haven’t been in about 10 months due to moving away. This visit has reinforced why I need to return more frequently. I suffer with lower back stiffness and deep knots, Rio manages really well with them and always powers through the knots.
