Just had the lovely Steve out to clean my carpets, he didn't know I lived in a maisonette, he couldn't get the cleaner up the stairs as it was far too heavy but he struggled on bless him and managed to clean the carpets, I was so pleased with the result would recommend him, nothing seems too much trouble for him, job well done, thanks Steve .

Steve came and gave me a quote to clean the hall, living room and stair carpets. All high traffic areas. He was very honest and said some of the marks were quite ingrained and although could be improved, may not be completed cleared. When he came back to do the job, I was very impressed with how thorough Steve was. He spent a long time working on marks that were in different places to make sure he got them out. All of the carpets Steve worked on came up beautifully. Not only do the feel soft and look lovely, they also smell great (bearing in mind I have a dog, a teenage son and all his friends tramping in and out on a daily basis!). Even the old worn in marks that I thought would never fully be cleaned are now gone. No one would know that they were ever there. I am very happy with the service Steve provided.
