When trying to pick a videographer, we wanted someone who was original and would make a beautiful, moving video. When we saw Gavin’s videos online, we were really moved at his attention to detail and how he caught things at the perfect moment. Upon our first chat, we connected instantly, and he totally understood our concerns, our vision, and reassured us that he really understood all the components going into a wedding. Working with him was so easy with fast communication via email or phone too. One of our favorite things about Gavin was his personality. He was so positive and has such a great heart. He had this brilliant idea of having us write our vows on postcards and on the big day, it was a very special moment he recorded of us reading our vows to each other. When we got our 10-minute video, back we were both moved to tears on how beautiful it was. His music choices were spot on for the different parts of the video and his transitions were very unique. There was one video of me twirling and then he got another video of me twirling later in the day and he used that as a transition. Such a neat idea! Gavin really blew us away! If you are planning an international wedding like we were from America to Ireland, Gavin will not disappoint. We do not have family in Ireland so we could not choose someone we had heard of or knew of from family functions. Look no further than Gavin! He will make your videography dreams come true! What can I say about the amazing videography by Dreamcatcher for our wedding in June. Gavin and the team couldn’t have been nicer to deal with from start to finish and the end result was just spectacular - the production of the wedding video and love story/insta trailer was stunning and had a magical quality to it. The videos really captured the feel of the day and the team worked in such a natural way with no cringey posed shots. We hired Gavin for our wedding and we are so happy we decided to work with him. Gavin and the team at Dreamcatcher Productions really are the dream team. They were so friendly and professional from the beginning to the end of our wedding day. They made the whole experience so much fun and we had so many laughs. You would hardly even notice they were there which is what you want on your wedding day. From the moment they walked in to the venue we knew we have chosen well. From beginning to end they made us comfortable and at ease. They guided us without ever being pushy and the shots they got were out of this world. We can not even put into words how amazing Gavin and Ronan were on our wedding day, honestly the best and most professional team from start to finish. Our video has brought us to tears we have watched it about 100 times and every time we see something new and amazing, from the music down to capturing ever little detail of the day. The amazing guys at Dreamcatchers filmed our wedding in December and we couldn’t recommend them enough. Firstly the quality of work and the end product was just amazing. They really captured the atmosphere of our day perfectly, they picked the perfect edits and the music selected was spot on. I think we’ve watched the video over 100 times already! When we first spoke to Gavin over Skype we could tell his enthusiasm and excitement and that really shows on the wedding day and in the end product. On the day they made sure to get all the right shots without feeling like they were taking over or getting in the way! When we were budgeting for our wedding we were unsure whether to have a videograpgher as part of or big day! Had the most incredible experience filming our elopement in Ireland with Dreamcatcher Productions. We saw their films on their website and knew that we wanted to capture our adventures in Ireland with one of their beautiful films. I can't say enough about what Gavin and Co. from Dreamcatcher did for us, for our daughter's wedding in Kilkee Ireland last summer. They were referred to me by Kate Deegan, and coming from America for the wedding, I had lots of questions for poor Gavin, who was not only patient with me but as charming and helpful as anyone could as for. Where to start with this review! I first fell in love with their work from the Dreamcatcher website (if you haven't checked it out. .do!). I used to watch all the wedding highlights on their website before I even got engaged and every time I would go on this amazing journey with the couple they filmed, which would end up with me having emotional tears at the end! I just knew that if/when I got married, I wanted that same journey and that they were the guys for me! Prior to the day Gavin made us feel so at ease but also they made us feel valued which was important to me, as I knew from all the planning, you start to feel that you are just a number or just another couple to some suppliers. They got to know me and my partner as a couple so that on the day we felt comfortable and they knew us and our boundaries. Then on the wedding day itself, I quite simply couldn't believe how professional and subtle two videographers & a drone could be! At times, I didn't even notice there being anyone there but yet, every single moment was captured and then some! I thoroughly enjoyed my wedding day and working with the dream team throughout the editing process, the song choices and to top it off the presentation of our video. I can't recommend Dreamcatcher Productions enough! I wish they could film more aspects of my life but that would just be odd I guess. On reflection from a wedding point of view, I would change some things about the day however the Dreamcatcher Production team would certainly not be one of them! Thank you so much Gavin and the team! We booked Dreamcatcher Productions for our recent wedding. Gavin was fantastic to deal with from the moment we booked and in the lead up to the day. On the day, Gavin and Ronan were so professional but also laid back and relaxed which is completely our style. We were so comfortable in front of them and the cameras.
