I ordered an arrangement with balloons for a friend via online option for same day delivery a little before Noon, which I believe is the cut off for same day. I did not necessarily receive an update on the process, but I trusted that they would contact in the event of an issue. No worries! I did give a ring a little 4 something to check on the progress, and the woman told me the driver had not long left with the delivery within 20 minutes of my call it should be there. The driver did arrive in just about that amount of time, and called my friend who directed her to leave them for her since she stepped out temporarily. Once she arrived home, she was ecstatic about her surprise! The flowers were beautifully arranged, vibrant, and fresh! She said they smelled wonderful, and thanked me immensly. I appreciate the time that was taken out to cultivate her flower arrangement, and the professionalism of the entire experience. No complaints!! Thanks again for cheering my friend up in her time of sorrow. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends. More...

I went into this shop 2 days before my grandmother's funeral service and described the type of arrangement I was looking for. I wanted blue Roses because my grandmother loved the color blue. I also wanted a design that would stand out. I didn't want the typical spray that we expected some of our extended family & friends to send. The staff was friendly and helpful. The arrangement arrived on time on the day of the service and its beauty stood out among the rest.
