Terrible. I have been trying to contact company for over a week to discuss my wedding marquee booking. When ringing it just goes to voice message and emails have been left unanswered.
I can only assume that my booking is not going ahead despite previously being reassured by Craig that it’s ‘in the diary’.
I now have 8 weeks to find an alternative which is incredibly stressful. It’s a garden wedding party so a marquee is a key piece of equipment.
It’s incredibly unprofessional to simply not respond, even if to say they can no longer provide the service.
