How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
The garage is suitable for conversion depending of the location of the property, the street scene.
From planning perspective the garage is suitable for conversion when in your area is enough parking spaces, or your front garden provide the parking spaces to park the cars.

What do you love most about your job?
In my job I love most to visit the properties to take the house measurements, to prepare the drawings for it. To speak with the clients and to finalise the project.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When first start to work in the architectural firm I realise that I like and can draw very quickly and enjoyable, I can visualise the full house how will be at the end.
I graduated in Architecture, but at that moment I was n’t thinking about the future, at that moment my mind was flying. I had many different jobs that I didn’t really like. I also went to the USA for work and travel experiences. I did many crazy things and saw the bad and the good, but ultimately it was all very interesting. I came to London on a whim for 3 months to try and understand what I want to do with my life. I was working at 2 - 3 jobs at the same time, the house that I lived in was horrible, I moved a few times. Everyone was telling me that the accommodation in London is very expensive, small, and ugly. I saw many opportunities, so I decided to live here for a while. I saw an advert for a person who knows to use AutoCAD, I had learnt how to use the program at the university, so I started to work as an architectural designer. London has problems with houses, the rooms a small and expensive to rent. In a few weeks, I understood that I really like to work on house designs as an architect, to help people upgrade, make bigger and more beautiful homes that they love. I learned from a company that has experience from 1995 year and know everything about UK architecture. In just 1 year I worked on 150 projects and then decided to open my own an architecture firm to help people with their housing problems.
