What do you love most about your job?
Knowing the professional service that is given to every customer always has a satisfactory outcome. This is the type of work that I enjoy both in security and the first aid trainer side of it this is what I'm good at and it gives me a sense of pride weather it's just me or my team doing a good job and knowing that going that extra mile makes all the difference.
I love the satisfaction that I have made a difference in someone's life due to the services that I provide , with the first aid side of things I love giving the knowledge to help save someone's life or to refresh an existing qualification and with the security side of the company making people feel safe or their property knowing it is in safe hands and the trust that is gained after every single job which tells me that my company must be doing a good job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by two people who was very close to me , one was my mother whom was very strong and intelligent and my grandfather who had his own business. Both of which has now passed and I have this company in honor of them both.
