She nailed exactly what my daughter wanted by reviewing Pinterest pictures of florals that she likes and asking questions to ensure that the end product was exactly what we wanted. I had a last minute call into Dragonfly Floral to see if they can deliver the very next day. It was to be delivered to a location not too far from Dragonfly Floral though I was 50/50 on them saying yes since it was last minute. Dragonfly not only said yes, they delivered a beautiful arrangement (attached photo). The lady on the phone was very kind, asked me how much I was willing to spend and was respectful of my budget as well. I will be calling them again for another arrangement again. Two days before my son's Rehearsal Dinner which my husband & I hosted, I realized through some miscommunication that there were no flower arrangements ordered. I contacted the event planner at Hotel Healdsburg, the location of the Rehearsal Dinner & requested a florist referral. She recommended Dragonfly Floral but was concerned about the two day notice. I called Dragonfly and spoke with Dora who was very helpful with suggesting flowers & colors for my vision. The arrangements were delivered to the hotel and were beyond my expectations! Ive been working with dragonfly for years as a wedding planner and love the artistry and team here. So naturally when I was planning my own wedding day it was a perfect fit! Yesterday was the big day and I woke up still thinking about how perfect it was! I wish I could go back and just sit and enjoy the flowers all the time!!!!

I have to say thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, the flowers and decoration were better than I ever could have imagined. Last night sitting at dinner I couldn’t stop staring at everything, noticing every detail, the colors, the beautiful globes, perfect colors. I spent at least 5 minutes distracted staring at my bouquet this morning when I got up to make a cup of tea.

We cannot say enough about Bonnie and her team -- their work is just beautiful.  We came in from SoCal to host a private event in Windsor - Bonnie was always very responsive via email and text, and very easy to work with. She took our inspiration photos and had wonderful suggestions -- she invited us to the farm to look at their flowers and previous work to ensure she understood our vision. She listened to our wants and was able to put together the most beautiful florals for our event; people commented all evening how beautiful they all were. We LOVE Dragonfly, so when my daughter got engaged we headed straight to see Bonnie to get our date on her calendar. She was great. .. easy to work with and had many great ideas. Bonnie and team did it all... bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony backdrop, ceremony chair posies, reception welcome floral arrangements, reception centerpieces for round and banquet tables, guest book arrangement etc. etc.We were speechless as we saw each one! If you know me by now from  reading my previous florist  reviews, I can be blunt and critical. I love love flowers! Another year and another Valentines bouquet for my daughter except this time she's back in Cali. I reached out to this business thru Yelpand the response from the owner was quick...I have the option to actually send photos of my preferred arrangements so they will have an idea of what i want. I thought this was a good feature of their services.   The owner instructed me to visit their website.Ordering was easy. I get to see  coded floral arrangement photos from previous years and pick from there. Fill out my info. and my recipient.You immediately get a response and talk to a live person.I was told in advance that the arrangement is similar but may vary in colors and some of the flowers may vary from the ones on the photo but I was reassured they'll get it as close as possible.I'm fine with that.  I had confidence that this floristwill do a great job. I like the fact that there's no surprises here since I was told in advance that they will get it as close as possible, I appreciate that a lot. I asked my daughter to send me a photo. I love it!!!Although I chose lighter colors she got deep floral colors which was fine with me since it's Valentine's Day. And the deep reds and purple colors complemented with the tiny bright pinks.I paid a little over 150 with tax and delivery, they gave me a generous amount of arrangement which I thought was impressive!.The arrangement is free flowing, as if you just picked random flowers and wild flowers, and some greens in your backyard and put them in a vase without looking so traditional and old fashion.Pros: the camera feature-allowing us to send our photos; non traditional, contemporary arrangements, an eye for colors, and balance.Cons: none and I hope it stays that way. I order bouquets from Los Angeles for loved ones that live in Healdsburg. I took a chance the first time I called, not being familiar with their work but wishing their customer service and kindness were something that I experienced more often. My Lala sent me a photo of a bouquet that was delivered to her and I was thrilled. I'm not a fan of bouquets that are overly styled. They understand color and simplicity of design. Carlisle and her Mom are incredibly kind and shared with me that they put out flowers on Sundays for people to take home. They knew I would be in town and invited me to visit the farm and take flowers. Such a lovely thing to do for a stranger. I support Dragonfly Floral wholeheartedly. If the flowers that you want are not in season, they work with you to create an arrangement, taking consideration of price, colors and the occasion. Oh I love this place. Dragonfly was recommended to me by our wedding coordinator. She said it should be the only place I consider getting my flowers because their work is THAT amazing. Bonnie and her staff at Dragonfly made our wedding flowers so gorgeous and unique, that every guest at my wedding complimented them. She used creative plants and flowers that caught the eye, but didn't distract. Rather, the flowers truly enhanced the overall beauty of our wedding. Bonnie is also great with communication, and flexible with planning and budgeting. She is willing to take the time to sit down with you, in order to use her expertise to match your vision. Dragonfly floral provided the florals for our wedding on Oct 21, 2016 and we are very happy with the result! We were looking for a florist who was familiar with a more loosly structured look, and Dragonfly was recommended by the planner at Trentadue winery, where the wedding was held.  I had a very specific "vibe" and picture we were inspired by, and Bonnie and her team listened carefully, and made it happen! ( and I think she thinks I'm crazy...I had many charts and graphs!) anyway, I was nervous about how it would turn out, but it was beautiful! I had a million compliments about the overall look, and the florals were a huge part of that! Bonnie and the Dragonfly team are amazingly creative and perfect in what they do.  They turned what I envisioned for my 9/4 wedding into a reality.  Although I selected simple and organic flowers, the end product looked like a million bucks but not overdone.  You can tell that Dragonfly took the time to make each arrangement as I could see each stem of lavender and other flowers that I chose perfectly and purposefully placed in the arrangements.  They also managed to make a vase of hanging vines and flowers used on ceremony gates at the venue look much more bountiful than I could of thought possible. I live in New Orleans, LA. I found Dragonfly floral from an online review. I wanted to send a beautiful arrangement to some friends in Healdsburg. Not knowing the area, I made a call to Dragonfly floral. I am so glad that I did. I wanted a larger arrangement that would be able to withstand the Summer temperatures and one that would still maintain beauty. The florist was extremely helpful. I was able to view images of arrangements from the company's website and work with the florist to create my "vision". Although this floral shop is a bit on the $$$ side, it was well- worth it. Bonnie at Dragonfly Floral did the flowers for our wedding.  We live in Ohio and got married in Sonoma County so we only met with Bonnie one time in December when we were out there looking at vendors.  She put together an amazing bouquet for me and all of our flowers at the rehearsal dinner and ceremony were AMAZING!  She got a sense of what we liked from our pinterest board and did a fantastic job creating the look we wanted.   Given we had a destination wedding, after the ceremony we encouraged our guests who were staying around to take some of the florals home with them.  One guest took some, planning on giving them to her cousin who lives in the area.  When they met up at a local eatery, I was told she got a ton of compliments on them from other diners and was asked several times where she got them.   I can't say enough about how beautiful it all was. Dragonfly provided exquisite floral arrangements for our wedding. They were beautiful and captured the exact vision we were hoping for. Our in person meetings with Bonnie (the lead florist) were very helpful and often proved to be more productive than corresponding over email. Bonnie knew our venue (Madrona Manor) very well and knew which types/sizes of arrangements worked best for the space. They even threw in a free fresh floral cake topper! They were reasonably priced for a Bay Area florist based in the heart of wine country. Bonnie was also the first person to tell us how beautiful our site was, rain or shine, which ended up being more important than we knew at the time because it ended up raining on our wedding day. And she was spot on, the Madrona Manor has beautiful backup rain plans so weather won't ruin the day.  Dragonfly's response time to emails was a bit slow (1-2 weeks sometimes to get a response) which was a little frustrating during the planning process. I tried to resist the urge to send annoying follow up emails. But I didn't let the silence bother me too much since the Dragonfly's portfolio was filled with the exact floral arrangements we were looking for.  The floral delivery and set up was exactly how we had discussed and all on time. My company has a volunteer month, and some of us folks landed here to do some arrangements for the Sonoma Humane Society. Pam led out group on how to make some the arrangement, and help out throughout to make sure we were on track . Pam was so lively! she made us feel at ease and danced around as well, so there was no pressure of trying to be prefect in our arrangements. When I called to their attention that the card on the bouquet had a misspelled name and was not what was requested they were good enough to give me a significant refund, certainly more than I would have requested. Bonnie did an incredible job for my October wedding at Barndiva. She was flexible and receptive and executed what I wanted to a tee. It's so difficult to imagine how everything will come together after all your planning and hard work, and I was beyond wowed when I walked into our reception area to see Bonnie's floral arrangements. My daughter was married last weekend at a winery and Dragonfly did all the flowers. My daughter and I picked Dragonfly from the wineries list of florists because we loved the name. Dragonfly is a family farm, and we met Bonnie outside on a picnic bench. She understood exactly what my daughter wanted and didn't want (probably better than I did). The flowers were gorgeous: pale pinks, whites, some succulents, Dusty Miller and all in wooden containers. The huge arrangements placed on wine barrels during the ceremony were exquisite.  The bouquets were beautiful and my daughter is preserving hers. I wish I had taken more arrangements home with me. Bonnie did an amazing job!  We were referred to her by BarnDiva and she made the process very simple and easy going from the start.  She was so laid back about all the details and seems to really do best when you let her use her own creativity.  We talked to her loosely about our vision and gave her some ideas on pinterest and she ran with it and captured exactly what we wanted for the event.  Considering everything she did and the fact that the flowers were all local and grown just 5 minutes from the venue I thought her prices were very reasonable as well.  Her site has so many pics from months and venues it gave us plenty of ideas as well which was really helpful.  Would definitely recommend her if you have a general vision and can just trust the experts to do what they do best. Maybe I'm not the typical bride, but I had no vision for what my wedding flowers *should* look like.  Honestly, as we shopped around for a florist, it was stressful to be asked to choose between things that I did not understand. Visiting Bonnie's farm was literally a breath of fresh air. We walked around her greenhouse and gardens, she spoke and shared with us, and she created a vision true to our sensibilities. Ultimately, we wanted something simple and natural, and did not want this aspect of our wedding to blow our budget. She was very easy to work with -- working with her was completely headache free!  The value was as great as the end product. Did we mention the incredible value?! And we must note -- the flowers literally had some sort of magical spirit.  We put our flowers beside our bed after our August wedding.  In October our *cut* flowers began sprouting new florets. There was something truly special happening here. Bonnie and her team did an incredible job for our wedding on August 23, 2014! She couldn't do delivery to our location so we picked up the flowers the morning of and I was so happy to see them so expertly packed and labelled. We met with Bonnie several months before and went through photos on Pinterest, and I was initially nervous about the final product as I never saw any kind of sample that some florists offer, but I was nearly brought to tears when I saw what she had put together. The flowers were so incredibly stunning and were exactly what I had envisioned. She truly exceeded my expectations.When I first contacted Bonnie I was very happy to learn she didn't have the very common $3000 minimum that so many Bay Area florists have. She didn't make me feel like we were skimping on our flowers and advised me on flower choices according to season and also according to the temperature at our venue. She suggested flowers/arrangements that would withstand the heat and possible wind at the outdoor ceremony and reception. I highly recommend Bonnie to anyone planning a wedding! More...

When you want flowers done right, this is the place to go.  I needed flowers for a friend in the food business.  When I walked in, I saw they some in "tin" cans.  I thought that was a cool idea.  Of course, they have vases, too.  They had a #10 can with a really nice (believe it or not!) plum tomato label.  No charge for the can!  That'll also give you an idea of the size of the arrangement, for only $50.  The flowers are fresh from the garden.  I mean, they go out and cut the flowers.  Since my friend's in the food business, they used lemon verbena and purple basil for some of the "greens."  It made the scent intriguing, too.  The arrangement was stunningly gorgeous.  I had it on the floor of my car as I headed down the highway toward its destination.  It was hard to keep my eyes off it, and on the road.  It was a thrill to be able to give someone something so beautiful!  My only regret is that I didn't take a photo! We ordered 2 sets of flowers for 2 separate events.  Bonnie went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute event request.  She is an angel.  They did a great job.    What would have made our experience perfect would have been if we could have been more involved in selecting the specific flowers, but I felt the team was a bit unapproachable - or more likely beyond busy.  The only other comment is that @ one of the venues I wanted flowers in the main entrance fountain (they had beautiful samples on their website)  - but when we arrived the fountain flowers were off in some back fountain that no one ever saw.  I thought it was such an odd choice. I had ordered them for the main entrance fountain so there must've been a tiny disconnect - considering they were saints for even taking on that venue last minute it is more my fault for not booking with enough time to discuss those details. Bonnie with Dragonfly decorated my daughter's wedding ceremony and reception site with such a  beautiful array of flowers ! !!... She, and her team  enhanced the beautiful Paradise Ridge so tastefully!  Not stiff or over done, but just the right vision initially led to fabulous floral decorations!  The bouquets.... to die for... just what the bride wanted for she and her bridesmaids!!!Bonnie worked with me, MOB, to secure date and she was "confidently layer-back." She instilled warm confidence and appreciation to work with both me and bride throughout wedding planning.  She remained on board, despite my daughter's late date to actually choose flowers and was not concerned with our eye on a budget to work with.  So kind during the entire process and we chose florist at very late date!  Bonnie is a lovely person!!!!An added exciting element was when the bride showed up for initial appointment, she realized this florist, Bonnie, owned her own farm .  She grows the very flowers, most often, that are used. She exceeded our expectations for raw beauty with a watchful eye on expense to us. (Other florists would not visit with me with our budget).  Such a fun element and took choosing flowers to another level! She and her team are incredibly talented and their choice of containers(painting them gold at bride's request} were gorgeous.  Lastly, with great expertise Bonnie already knowing well most winery layouts, could design with accuracy, but made trip to Paradise Ridge to reacquaint herself with any changes they may have made to reception area.  Bride had such a wonderful time designing with Bonnie, herself, but we were all amazed when we walked in on wedding day!!  Honestly, she expertly and not calculatively, designs based on venue site and suggests based only on what will enhance the raw beauty of winery surroundings! Such a great artist and team she works with... we were so blessed!!! You will be  treated as though you were her  only wedding of the season... this truly depicts the way we felt! More...

I just took one of Pam Bell's evening classes held in the beautiful barn at Dragonfly Floral! The materials we got to work with were both beautiful and abundant, all the students in the class quickly created two very finished types of arrangements during the class. ..and Pam Bell, the instructor, was warm, kind, encouraging and helped point out good design techniques and creative details we otherwise would not note.Well worth it! ...I am going back again soon! Bonnie Z you are amazing!  Bonnie is a great listener because she fulfilled the vision my daughter had for her wedding!  The flowers are so beautiful and fresh, fresh!  One week later, we are still enjoying the flowers in our home.  The garden roses are unbelievable and the dahlias so beautiful and healthy!  What a difference it makes to have fresh, out of the garden flowers!  Bonnie tapped into our Pinterest Boards to be sure she was getting exactly the style we had in mind!  Great Job!  The floral team were so professional, friendly, and hardworking.  They arrived at the venue and went right to work and knew exactly what was needed to accomplish.  Highly recommend Dragonfly Floral.
