Adam Dracott is a decent, honest man. Let them pack your belongings and he will take the stress out of moving house. Fairly priced and a very good, polite service from all his staff. What a wonderful company! Trustworthy, respectful, transparent in all dealings and very efficient. The men who came to pick up my belongings had to deal with three sets of stairs. They didn't complain. They just got on with it. They were courteous and punctual, and they worked like machines. My move was an international one from the UK to Australia. ABOVE AND BEYOND! I would like to thank the team at Dracott and Fennemore for the excellent service that I have experienced. Due to being relocated to Sydney Australia for work we had to instruct the team to enter our home in our absence and pack our belongings for storage. I have felt very informed and safe with Dracott ad Fennemore and would definitely recommend them. The move went well with no issues, they suggested that I face timed them while the move was happening to reassure myself but I didn't need to. International Move from Kingston to Brisbane.Excellent service from start to finish, from the late notice of removal that was supported by the team, great packing and storage, shipping and arranging for a local agent to deliver, who even managed to get the container up our steep driveway. I cannot speak more highly of the service we received from the team at Dracott & Fennemore.

We moved on the 22nd December and booked the full packing service the day before on the 21st. We had Richard, Sean and Nathan who we were incredibly fast, very smart in the way packed and labelled - which was an immense help getting unpacked - and were so polite and a pleasure to be around. They pitched up with smiles at 9am and were done by 4pm - everything packed bar bed and kettle!

Moving day - Richard left us and Paul joined us - they popped in to remove a few things and met us at the new property, Nothing was too much trouble with them. Even when i had a mini breakdown due to the state the new property had been left in they carried on and put up our beds, wardrobes, drawers etc. and even hung clothes to help us clear boxes. They even arranged my plants rather than dumping them, things like this make such a difference.

They were an absolute joy to work with they made everything so simple and stress free they helped with the smallest requests and respected and cared for our pet cats during the move.

I cannot recommend this moving company highly enough - tremendous.

A truly amazing experience! We wanted to say a huge thank you to all at Draycotts & Fennemore for such an amazing moving experience from beginning to end.

From meeting Alistair who quoted at the very beginning, to talking to Denise in the office and being so helpful and accommodating with our dates, to all the guys to diligently packed, loaded and unloaded all our things we received an impeccable service from Draycotts.

We could not have asked for more from Sean, Chris, Big Joe, Little Joe, Sam, Alex and John (for helping at the very end) - they were all truly and utterly amazing. So polite, careful, considerate, kind, reassuring, and hard-working. On our move day they really went above and beyond, from getting the lorry into quite a tricky place (thank you Chris!) to being determined to get all our bits and pieces where they needed to go (beds and tables through windows etc thank you Sean and Chris!), reassembling our beds, chest of drawers and wardrobes (thank you Joes - you are so talented!) and working so late - it was gone 8:30pm before they left (but I felt better for having provided a fish and chip supper for them all!). They became like friends over the three days and there was no stress on the day or leading up to it. They were so lovely with the children too, who became quite attached!

Thank you so much please, please pass on our sincere thanks to all the boys and I really hope they are congratulated for a fantastic move in some way, they truly deserve it. I will recommend Draycotts to everyone who asks! More...

These chaps stepped in 3 days before we were due to move after we were badly let down by our previous movers. Their service was incredible from start to finish. Within half an hour of calling them for a quote they were on their way round to do so.

Joe worked tirelessly packing all our stuff the day before, to the point where there were so many boxes there was hardly any room left to move! He returned the next day with his team and all our stuff got moved - wardrobes, beds and sofas dismantled and all packed too.

Whilst the process of actually moving was unbelievably stressful it was a great comfort to know at least our stuff was getting looked after and moved properly. When we finally got to the other end, everything got unpacked and put into the right rooms. Wardrobes, sofa and beds rebuilt. No breakages, everything in one piece.

All in all my wife and I were absolutely delighted with the service. All of this at a very reasonable and competitive price, and I would not hesitate to recommend these chaps again (and I already have!) More...

We have been completely thrilled by the quality of the service provided by Dracott and Fennemore, on our recent move from London to Exeter. We were impressed right from the moment we were introduced to Adam Dracott (by our estate agent, Marsh and Parsons) with only 2 weeks to go before needing to move, but with exchange of contracts still to happen.

Adam responded immediately: early next morning his surveyor arrived, friendly, reassuring and good-humoured (qualities which proved to be so with all the staff) and by the afternoon we had the quotation, the lowest of three we received, together with a realistic, and ultimately realised, planning schedule.

Thereafter, all went absolutely according to plan. Everything was carried out by a great team working together with efficiency, flexibility and good humour - the men also relating well with other people such as neighbours and members of the public.

Packing was completed beautifully, with great good care, clear labelling and directing of boxes facilitating speed of delivery at our new address. Carpets at both houses were protected as necessary - a much appreciated detail.

Delivery in Exeter went exactly as planned. Our new neighbours commented on the very high standards of teamwork, delivery and awareness of the neighbourhood shown.

So, for us, Adam and his team delivered 100% and helped us through a difficult event with understanding and patience too - I refer here to the large number of loose bricks moved for us.

Dracott and Fennemore moved us from London to Wiltshire just before Christmas 2015. Their quote was competitive and their planning for the complications of a fairly large move with difficult access at the arrival end was careful and logical. The move took four days and the highlight was probably Adam and Simon deciding to accept my bet of a bottle of champagne to squeeze one of their largest and least manoeuvrable trucks up a curving driveway that turned out to have a two inch clearance. Our experience of using Dracott & Fennemore for our recent move was excellent.

My initial discussions with Adam and Simon in respect of the quote and pre-move organisation were all handled really well and gave me great comfort that the actual move process would also be handled very professionally. And I wasn't disappointed. Simon, Emily & Lee were all very polite, friendly and accommodating as well as super-efficient at the packing and moving of our stuff. Ours wasn’t a straightforward move, taking into account the distance being travelled and the need to pack things into storage as well as down-size into a much smaller property but throughout the process we felt that everything ran very smoothly and that we (and our belongings) were being well taken care of.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend D&F to others in future if they’re looking for a removal company. We would similarly give Adam and team a shout in the event that we move back to London again. More...
