Dr. Nicholas Ruben Scheidt

I came to see Dr. Scheidt years ago about some depression I had related to my work. He really took the time to know me before jumping to conclusions about who I was or what I should or shouldn't do. I ended up learning some great techniques in the short term to help me get through my work. I ended up losing my job recently and decided to go back to Ally Psychological to deal with my feelings. Dr. Scheidt referred me to one of his therapists, Derek who has been great. Derek is easy to speak with and can put things into perspective. For example, I was avoiding applying to some jobs that I thought I had no chance of getting only to find out I was thinking of my potential and what I had to offer in a completely unproductive way.
