I've been seeing dr Rhody for almost a decade and only have good things to say about him and especially his team. Wendy and Andrea are great. A few cons; underground parking is pretty inconvenient (though validated), no wifi in the waiting area, the office is s bit outdated with its decor and sometimes the music choice is irritating. I've been going to Dr. Rhody for close to 20 years. He is a terrific dentist and his hygiene staff have always been amazing. Regrettably, I decided to change dentists because they neglected to tell me I went over my claim limit and was out of pocket when I didn't need to be. Dr. Mark Rhody is an awesome dentist. He is great with my kids. They have been in this office since birth, first with me at my appointments. He then let them ride the chair when it was getting time for their first visits. They love coming here, all the people are amazing. Wendy is the first face you may see and she is so friendly. They all are actually, she goes out of her way to make sure the billing is accurate and gets you the best possible appointments. I highly recommend that you make this place your dental care choice. I have been a patient of Dr Rhody for 18 yrs. now my daughter and grandchildren attend. His staff has always been top notch. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable front desk top assistants to hygienists. Mark is excellent at putting you at ease if there might be pain. Very gentle with needles. My husband and I just love this team! Dr Rhody is so kind and gentle both in speech and action. He is very thorough with his work. He's got gentle hands and soothing voice when doing any procedure. I have been a patient of Dr Rhody since 1998! I used to work in the building where his office is located and have even moved an hour away but still drive to etobicoke for my appointments. Dr Rhody and his staff are very thorough and care very much about oral health. Dr. Rhody and the entire staff are awesome! They are so punctual, I have never had to wait for an appointment! From the moment you walk through the door, you feel welcomed and like part of a big family. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! My daughter recently had to have some dental work done and she was quite anxious about it. Dr. Rhody and Andreia were so patient and caring. They talked her through the whole procedure and explained every step. She even got to look in the mirror to see what was happening in her mouth! They use child-friendly terms like Mr. Whistle (drill) and Mr. Thirsty. The best part of course was my daughter getting to choose a prize from the treasure box! I started going to Dr. Rhody in 2007 after a 5 year gap in dentist visits. I was pretty worried but as soon as I walked through the office door all my worries disappeared. For many years I did not have luck with my dentists. Many mistakes were made on my part as well as my previous dentists' (including unnecessary root canals) and my dental health was a mess when I finally went to see Dr. Rhody. There are so many things that I would like to write about Dr Rhody and his team but can sum it all up in saying that everyone in the office has a genuine personal committment to the patient experience. I was getting a tune up done on my smile before a wedding at the end of 2013 and having some cosmetic work completed. The power outage mayhem (of course) fell right in the middle of the days I had scheduled for the work. Dr Rhody and his team went above and beyond to provide Christmas Eve as an option knowing my wedding was just around the corner. Dr. Rhody's office staff and processes are outstanding. I am not surprised by the rest of the ratings on here. First of all, Wendy is patient, pleasant and conducts follow ups by email, which is really convenient for me. All of the staff are warm, kind. The hygienist even put her hand on mine to provide comfort during an injection for freezing. Dr. Rhody is warm, professional and lets you always know the steps of the procedure. To top it all off, they manage the payment directly with the insurance company so I don't need to worry about paperwork AND validate the parking. Extraordinary!!! More...

I have been going to DR Rhody for over 10 years, the staff are amazing, the make you feel like a human being without judging you because of race. The staff are very gentle, caring and understanding knowing how scared I am every visit, they show the same courtesy every time, they also advise you of what they are doing throughout the visit ensuring you remain comfortable. Dr. Rhody took over for my old dentist a few years ago. I could tell right away he was an up-to-date dentist. Things improved alot right away in ways I didn't even know were needed. His hygienists always measure my gums now to make sure they're staying healthy, and Dr. Rhody thoroughly checks everything in my mouth. I've noticed the office is cleaner and I often even get to see pictures of my teeth on a screen. Plaque hardens and shows up purple when I slack on my flossing. Wow that is way better way to motivate me keep clean teeth. Everyone is friendly there--no attitude. His front desk lady Wendy is always smiling and I can tell she's efficient because I never have the old paper-work filings I always had to mail and that before.
