We have quite a sophisticated heating system and it is very important to me to have an engineer to service and look after our boiler who is really on top of the technology - both the boiler side and the software associated with the system. We have lodgers in the house so it is really important that the system works efficiently - it is a relief that Rob and co are there to assist, and know our system. They come quickly and distance doesn't seem to be a problem. The price is competitive and I know that I can rely on Rob to figure out and fine tune. What a nice person as well! More...

Had issue with my boiler on Good Friday... I lost my hope as it was long weekend but I called Dr. Boiler at 8pm and he helped me over the phone very patiently even though he does commercial customers only. Very helpful.

Installed Nest controls when heating system upgraded. Provided a great service, install was done and he was very helpful setting everything up, even came back to help when it seemed something wasn't working - though it was my fault in the operation! He stayed late to make sure everything was set up and working. I would certainly recommend this service. More...

I have used Rob (Dr Boilers) on a couple of occassions now and will say he is absolutely superb. Extremely helpful, reliable and perfect for getting the job done. I have no problem is recommending Rob, he is always busy but find the time to help us out. I read somewhere recently that if you want something done well ask a busy person, Rob certain fits that description, busy for a reason which means quality work and popular. More...
