I have 3 kids who are patients of Dr. K and have been going here for almost 5 years. I feel so greatful to have found such a great doctor who gives the best advice and truly cares about her patients. They've had issues in the past but have really improved in terms of their staff and wait times. Yes sometimes you have to wait for your appointment but not often...things happen...I would not want to be rushed during my appointment just so they can quickly get to the next patient. We were seen by Dr. Salinas a couple of times and she is also very knowledgable and explains everything well. Nurses are great and always smiling and friendly putting the kids at ease. As a new mother I was worried about what care would be good for my daughter and when I first visited PCRR I wasn't sure what to expect and to my surprise it was a wonderful experience. Dr. K came in and was very knowledgeable about child hood health and I was shocked as a health coach how much she understood how the health of people should be and it was nice to have some one truly care for my childs health vs just giving her meds or just checking her lungs and going on her way. She was very helpful educating me on what foods liquids and every health for my child. Made me feel great knowing she understands that a pill won't fix everything. Was nice having some one understand why I don't give my daughter juice and she also taught me the importance of quality quantity and timing these seem like common sense but it was so much more then an idea of how to raise a healthy child it made sense. I'm so proud to say Dr. K is my daughters pediatrician because not only does she understand child hood health she is able to explain it and be supportive of me being a new mom. More...
