Never in my life did expect a mental place to act the way they did poor customer service

DPS Health & Wellness is a place that has caring and thoughtful professionals that will help you with your mental health, I would never go anywhere else. The front office ladies are so kind and caring, as they will schedule and direct you to the best therapist for your needs and appointments etc., as they take all kinks of Insurance, as well as working virtually. You are in great hands with DPS! They care, they really care! They have a staff like no other, DPS has trained Psychiatrists, PA-C and Psychologist that will, and can help you for any mental, trauma that you have incurred, such as anxiety, depression, or anything that affects your mental health and well being each day! I've been going to DPS Health & Wellness for a couple of years now, and feel so grateful knowing that this company is the BEST place for my mental health. They will help you figure out, and plan for a better you! Call DPS Health and Wellness, and ask the kind and caring woman in the office that will direct you to talk to a trained therapist. This highly professional company will help you on your journey to make your life a much more positive and productive life. I have never in my life been to a Health & Wellness center that the front reception was as bad as this. I believe that some of the ones working in reception need to be evaluated. They have no concern for a person's well being and they definitely know nothing about customer service. WORSE place ever. No communication, No calls back to you, even from the office manager. All they want is your money and DO NOT CARE about the well being of a patient. If they did, they would fire all the receptionist at the front desk. RUN don't walk away from this place. Recommended. I have to drive 45 minutes to an hour to get here. It’s worth it, since my insurance couldn’t offer a closer location . I haven’t met the psychiatrist yet, however, my nurse practitioner is impressive. Ms. Hall is knowledgeable and great at what she does. What a great first visit! My thirteen-year-old daughter went in with a ton of anxiety, and by the time we left, she was actually smiling and laughing! Miss Catherine listened and showed she really cared about my daughter's interests! She went out of her way to provide us with extra information that pertains to us. We have been to several other psychiatrists' and therapists' offices all over Georgia, and none compared to this one. Working in customer service and in the front office at a doctors office is not always easy and I have personally watched the office staff at DPS deal with difficult patients on a couple of different occasions while in office. It was handled to the best of their ability and professionally, all while looking out for the other patients in the waiting area. All of their office policies are written out and explained in detail at your first appointment, as well as online. The front staff has always been friendly and professional and the providers are awesome at what they do.
