We hired Dwight Patterson when remodeling our home. We were considering making some design changes to create an open floor plan, as well as incorporate an outdoor patio with a connected roof line to a detached structure. Foundation issues Gravitek Engineering saved me thousands of dollars not to mention the whole house unlivable for about four weeks. I became acquainted with Dwight Patterson in architecture school. That experience grew into a design collaboration of ours on several occasions. From room additions, to residential remodels, and eventually to a four unit residential development project of our own known as The Point Loma Four, Dwight has always exhibited a keen sense of design and problem solving.

Dwight’s architectural career has taken several paths, including residential, religious, commercial and municipal design.
