Sharon was great! I met with her at her house and she showed me everything she'd use. Then I asked her about some additional lanterns and she didn't have them in stock but sent me a photo right away of the one she could get. I ordered extra greenery to put on my tables from my florist and full expected to do that part, but her staff ended up taking care of that for me. They were there when they said they'd be and had everything done on time and looking great. Her prices were the best I found in the area and she's hassle free. I couldn't imagine going another route! I used doves in flight for my wedding June 11,2016. Sharon was awesome to work with. She was easy to get a hold of and easy to get to. I love that she had the props to give us an idea of what everything would look like. I felt confident that she knew what she was taking about and knew what she was doing because of all of her experience. She made great suggestions and she was patient with me when it took me a while to make decisions on the decor. She was very accomodating when I wanted to change the set up date to the day before the wedding. She was there right on time to set up. The next day, she was there on time to pick up and even waited just a little bit until we were ready. I was very pleased with Doves in Flight for their services for our wedding. From our very first meeting, Sharon was very helpful. I had never really planned much of what I wanted for our linens and had just a few ideas in mind. With her wide selection, she was able to show us a great variety that helped us to choose our perfect fit.
At pick up, they require that you count all of the items to ensure that each piece of linen is documented thoroughly. This does take time, but Sharon makes it fast and easy. I do recommend that you bring a large vehicle for pick up, especially if you are ordering a lot of linens. Our wedding reception seated 150 people, so fitting everything into my small car was very difficult. Still, Sharon helped me manage and we successfully fit everything in one trip.
After the wedding, my husband and I went to our honeymoon destination the following day. With the rush of clean up from the reception, a few items were misplaced. Luckily, Sharon brought it to my attention promptly and I was able to contact my mom, who then was able to drop off the final materials. Sharon was very patient during this process and was not quick to charge an overage like most places.
The qualities of the linens were great and the costumer service was exceptional. If you are looking for quality linens at a reasonable-moderate price, this is your place!! More...

Sharon and her Doves in Flight decorating service was one of my best finds during the planning of my son's wedding. She was wonderful to work with and her ideas and products helped turn the Grand Ledge Opera House into a beautiful venue. Sharon was a dream to work with! She did all of the lighting for us at the Grand Ledge Opera House (balcony & table lighting). My husband did not want chair covers that were so tight you couldn't get your feet under the chair -- not a problem for Sharon! She has covers specifically for the Opera House chairs and they were wonderful. She communicated with us well and was very prompt! We used Doves in Flight for table and chair linens for my daughter's wedding. When we went to meet with Sharon we thought we knew what we wanted and she had a display all set up. It looked different in person than what we had imagined and Sharon spent a lot of time trying different style and color combinations to get it just right and the reception hall was just beautiful and exactly what Emily had envisioned. The chair covers are specifically made to fit the chairs of each venue and they fit like a glove at the Kellogg Center and stayed on the chairs all night. I have a pet-peeve about chair covers that are sloppy and dragging on the floor and that was definitely NOT the case with Doves in Flight, Sharon was very professional and a pleasure to work with.
