I have used Dover Roofing Solutions. He charged me £400 to fix the gutter leak and to 2 tiles. He said if the gutter leaking doesn't stop he will come back and fix it any time. After a week or so when it rained the gutter leak was still there so I phoned him and mailed him several times but he has no response. How can a tradesman do like this to their customer.. Is this the way to provide service to your customer???? More...
