Very pleased with our family photo shoot . Doug made us all feel very relaxed. Such a nice guy and nothing was to much trouble . The final photos lovely and we enjoyed the day at his studio. The only hard part was choosing which ones to have as they all brilliant. He showed us his past photos to get ideas of sitting poses and how we'd like to sit as a family. He was very good at making you feel at ease. Worth every penny. More...

Fabulous job at my parents 75th and 80th birthday party. Unlike some photographers who simply want to get in and get the job done, Doug was very patient and very understanding of the demographic. Fabulously natural pics and a super service overall. Throughly recommend!! More...

Q&As

If I'm taking a portrait then it's important to firstly understand what my client wants and secondly making them very comfortable, confident and happy during the shoot. You have to have a full knowledge and experience of lighting, what looks best for the client. It's the same for products etc. Very important to make sure you know what the client wants from the final images.

Make sure you have a full description of what your client is looking for in the final images. Lighting, background, colour or black and white.

Your clients should be assured that they will get 110% from me at every job I take on. I will never be happy if they are not
