Nice place to rest your head. I was there for a meeting and did not sleep over but from what I saw in the conference area it's very nice. The staff were super friendly!

I stayed at this hotel for the first time for 6 days. I appreciated the fact that they accept pets because I took my poodle with me, but the room I had had an odor in the carpet that made me nauseous, I assume from not being properly cleaned behind pet accidents. I had several people that made an awesome impression on me. 1st, Issac assisted me in getting my daily cooked to order omelet and made me feel like family. Great hotel the font desk remembers your name. I want to point out 2 staff members that was in the dining area during breakfast, Trey and Kristen. We stayed here during hurricane Dorian, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. The manager, Ashley, in particular was fantastic and deserves to be singled out and promoted for manning the front desk every single day as we evacuees poured in with specific needs, not knowing how long we would be there. The hotel is pet friendly, located very close to shopping and casual dining and has an in house restaurant. Be sure to ask for a room with an exterior window as they cost the same as darker rooms that have windows looking out on interior hallways. More...

I usually stay at the Doubletree any chance I get For the first time I have had a bad experience. I've never been to a Doubletree that wasn't clean. The shower was covered in mold. When I reported it, I was totally blown off. I even cleaned it and they said it wasn't mold. More...
