I really had no problems. The shuttle picked us up from the airport and drove us back on the time that we asked for. Food at the restaurant was good. I would stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel from April 1st to April 6th 2016. The purpose was to visit Boston attractions and celebrate my birthday.
It was all excellent since hotel reservation, easy checking and check out and very kind staff helping you all the time.
Excellent location to visit all main attractions in Boston using public transportation. Reasonable price for the amenities. I used the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and the Gym as well every single day.
Overall it was excellent stay. Thanks to the Staff, and I recommend.

Delta put us up as "distressed passengers", and the folks at Wyndham were fantastic! From convenient shuttles to and from the airport and train stops to go sightseeing, we were very well taken care of. Thanks to the staff for taking some of the trouble out of our trip and making our short stay in Boston a nice one. We hope to return soon! More...

Drove from Iowa to visit Boston, but didn't want to pay $250+/night in the city, so stumbled across the Wyndham Chelsea and booked it a few weeks in advance. From the minute we checked in to the time we checked out, everyone there was amazing! We thought we would have to drive to the subway, however, they had a shuttle that dropped us off and with a phone call picked us back up! We had a few issues with our room, but they found solutions for what the could fix and said they would check into the others. We will definitely come back for an extended stay in the future! After reading all the other reviews... I must say construction must have been completed, because I didn’t notice any.
My room was beautiful and very spacious.
Bathroom was huge. I will say this was one of their excessable rooms. So probably larger than the normal.
The staff were all lovely.
Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the breakfast could have been better. It was quite basic but ok... could do with a waffle maker and needed to be a bit warmer.
I did only stay one night as passing through but would defiantly stay here again.
All in all a lovely clean and pleasant hotel.

Good hotel but the walls are paper thin. I could hear even just regular conversation in the room next door, even down to the entire conversation of each person speaking, both nights I was here.

Great hotel for my fiancé and kids. We had a blast. Restaurant on site, breakfast in the morning. Beautiful room and the first night the pool was freezing and no one at the hotel could swim I mentioned it and the lovely staff fixed it immediately and it was so warm and refreshing the next time we went in.
