I loved the front desk staff. Very friendly and super helpful. They helped with choosing a restaurant and had a shuttle Available to drive us back and forth. We love any room where we can get two queen beds! One of the biggest rooms we’ve stayed in that wasn’t a suite. In room coffee maker got us charged in the morning and plenty of towels after our showers! Definitely recommend

We recently stayed at the Doubletree while visiting family. The room was well-appointed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They even drove my husband in the shuttle twice to meet up with us when work held him up. Special shout out to the women serving breakfast. We are huge fans of this Doubletree in Bloomington! This is a great and comfortable hotel to stay at on the road. Friendly staff that have always been willing to help sort out any issues. One night stay at this newly remodeled location. Front desk gave me an upgrade to a whirlpool suite. The hotel has recently been remodeled and the room was great. Nice kitchen and living room area in the suite. Kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Room is nicely appointed. Bedroom was huge with a large bath that had whirlpool tub. Convenient location and hotel staff were very accommodating when I called before arrival. Public areas have also been updated with a bar area in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was great and probably one of the best that I have experienced at at Doubletree. This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had in a hotel (and I stay in hotels twice a month). This hotel was clean, the service was perfect and the decor was beautiful! Everyone was pleasant; spoke and smiled, especially the breakfast staff in the restaurant area. Very comfortable room. Did not interact with the staff as I arrived late and checked in, entered, and checked out via the app. Bed was very comfortable, ample pillows that were also a decent firmness. But I appreciate the fact that as a Gold/Diamond member they had water bottles in the room already. If you weren't a member and you used them you would be charged but I didn't need to make a trip to the desk for them. More...

I have stayed at this hotel many times before. The staff is always friendly, helpful and are willing to do things you don't expect. An example is getting a drink card and not knowing I could get an ice tea from the front desk instead of a drink at the bar. The young lady at the front desk I could do this and then went over to where the tea was and read me the labels......very nice. More...

Attended a conference hosted in the attached conference center and out of convenience, stayed two nights at the Doubletree Bloomington. Staff was friendly, accommodating, rooms were clean and everything worked. The view wasn't great as it sits in a more commercial part of town, but if that's my only complaint, then it couldn't have been a bad place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree by Hilton in Bloomington, IL. The mattress and pillow are extremely comfortable and I actually rested better than I do in my own home! I recommend the hotel!

Very fresh and updated hotel. The rooms have been recently updated and are very nice. Seems like they have too many double queen rooms though and I prefer a king bed while travelling.
