Double Disc is proud to be a long established full time entertainment company owned and run by DJs not agents able to cover all jobs whatever hour or day. Over 30 years of getting it right first time as 'The Happiness Facilitators'. Offering a select variety of DJs all with different biases in their music collections so we can match up to suit your musical specifications. DJs will always perform better if they are the best suited for each individual booking and not a jack of all trades trying to tackle every type of job.

We cover most of the East Midlands, easily reached from our equipment bases in Leicester & Nottingham whilst administration is completed in Loughborough.

Having accumulated a vast pool of sound, lighting, video, lasers and special effects equipment, enables us to individually tailored your entertainment package to suit your needs, venue and budgets. From the compact setup deliberately tucked away on the side to the total venue transformation and ALL stages in between as required offering you a great choice of set ups for venues holding 40-400 people. Our flagship show is 'The Complete Light & Sound Experience' and is more than capable of filling the largest of venues such as Derby Assembly Rooms or De-Montford Hall in Leicester.

Always willing to assist you through the process at every step and mold an entertainment package to your needs. Often also in consultation with you venue to ascertain what is practical and desirable.

We have a separate children's party division because of the specialist skills it takes to work with children as low as 5 years of age. Whether at home or in a hall, we offer you different content packages for almost every age up to 11 with varying amounts of musical activity, games and dancing as each age demands. You really need to chat to us to find out more or request our information sheet to help your organisation. However, those specialist skills can also be employed on the large family orientated events such as weddings or birthdays where the children may make up a significant proportion of the guests if we are requested to do so.

Additionally for the 'Teen Scene' that has its own demands, we offer a range of solutions to bridge the gap post 11 prior to the full blown adult shows without the need for vast nightclub rig that some teenagers may have envisaged but not the cost that go with it! These are especially popular midweek.

Karaoke can be stand alone, right down to just a little bit of extra kit just in case it is needed - the choice is yours.

Retro shows have become popular as of late and if required can be themed with not just the music from an era but the lightshow and subsequent ambiance to complete your setting. (e.g. 70's, 80' 90's and the DMX programmable modern lighting since the millennium).

All events are covered by £10 million Public Liability Insurance and all of our equipment is Portable Appliance Tested (PAT), which also allows us to fully participate in NADJ (the National Association of Disc Jockeys). DBS (CRB) disclosure certification is available if requested.
