Considerable initial work was needed to ensure matters were in order.Ever since we have received an admirable service from Dotty About Accounts. The team is efficient, accurate and responsive - answers come by return-of-email. Telephones are answered promptly, and issues dealt with at once or referred upwards when (rarely) necessary. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Unfortunately we're having to keep clients out of the office. Meetings are now held on zoom or socially distanced in the car park. We have safe procedures for handing over of physical documents.

All inclusive accountancy services - think of it has having your own virtual finance department. We do the book-keeping, VAT returns, payroll, year end accounts and tax returns.

Limited company accounts and corporation tax returns on a submission only basis (you do the book-keeping). Monthly payment terms available.
Sole trader accounts
Sole trader accounts and self assessment tax returns on a submission only basis (you do the book-keeping). Monthly payment terms available.

Payroll services - including production of payslips, RTI submissions, leavers, starters, P60s etc.
Book-keeping
Are you happy with your current accountant but need somebody to do your book-keeping. We work really well with a whole host of local accountants (they're colleagues, not competition). All book-keeping carried out remotely using Xero cloud software so you can see what we're doing.
Xero software
We can provide you with Xero software at competitive rates and some simpler and cheaper versions of Xero that you can only get through accountants and not direct from Xero.
Virtual office services
Are you a sole trader or limited company working from home but don't want to use your home address for your business. We provide virtual office services - use our office as your trading address. We open and scan all of your post for you and then email it on to you on the same day so you never miss a piece of correspondence.
Registered office services
Are you a small limited company and you don't want your home address showing at Companies House. Use our office as your registered office address (Companies House and HMRC correspondence only).
Company formations
Are you ready to start a limited company? We can deal with Companies House and set the company up for you.
Confirmation statements
Submission of your annual confirmation statement to Companies House.
