Doris cleans for me once a week and she does a lovely job. When I come home from work its always a pleasure when Doris has been as my house is lovely and clean and fresh, she often goes above and beyond and will put washing on the line if I have left it in the machine. Doris is absolutely fabulous. I can't remember when she started working for me but it must be somewhere between 6 months and a year now. During that time, she has come to my house for two hours every two weeks, and it would not be an exaggeration to say she has changed my weekends! I used to dread Saturdays as those were the days after a 40 - 60 hour week when I had to tackle the housework - and I hated it. In two hours, Doris does what I would do in the whole weekend and leaves the house gleaming. (I never knew my taps could shine quite like that!) She also works around the clutter I tend to leave behind! She is like a whirlwind, but one that tidies things! I really feel I couldn't live without her visits now and I certainly don't want to try. She brings all her own equipment and supplies so everything is very easy for me. She is also very good at prioritising what needs to be done so I don't need to break it all down for her. Obviously if I give her a specific task, she will do that, but equally I can just leave her to it and she decides what needs to be done. I trust her completely too. On top of all that, she is friendly and always greets me with a big smile. She seems to have limitless energy too!I have recommended Doris to a friend of mine who also books her for two hours every two weeks and is just as amazed at the high quality service that Doris provides. How long have you been in business?
6 years. I worked as a housekeeper at a hotel, and for a year now I have been a self-employed house cleaner.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes - however this can be discussed. I bring my own hoover, mop, chemicals and cloths.
What do you love most about your job?
I am a very detailed person, I clean thoroughly and I enjoy cleanliness. As I walk into a house I immediately know where to start. Many of my clients have been encouraging my company.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The clients I used to work for have encouraged me to do this as they believe I am a very good, talented cleaner.

I am a person who does not like conflict, even though my English is not so good, I am very thorough and give it 100%
