For exercise, the correct base of movement is essential for long term health and fitness. Building up from good posture, mobility and stability, ensures that we not only look well but feel well too. Having the correct structured exercises specific to you ensures that goals such as weight loss, strength and fitness are met.
Similarly for nutrition, everybody's requirements are different. Whether it be weight loss, good health or managing a condition. We need to satisfy certain basic requirements, from here we can put the individual's specific needs to get the food that you eat working for you in the best way possible.

I can't recommend Donovan enough. I was struggling with my workouts and nutrition and decided to get a PT to help me. Donovan is very informative and gave me so much great advice on what to eat and what to take for certain things I struggle with. He's very calming and really knows his stuff. I have to say I don't like working out that much but having someone show me each move and things I can do at home on my own really made a difference to me being motivated to work out and able to see changes in my body.
