I can't recommend Donovan enough. I was struggling with my workouts and nutrition and decided to get a PT to help me. Donovan is very informative and gave me so much great advice on what to eat and what to take for certain things I struggle with. He's very calming and really knows his stuff. I have to say I don't like working out that much but having someone show me each move and things I can do at home on my own really made a difference to me being motivated to work out and able to see changes in my body. There is nothing more important than the food that you eat. In order to get our body's to do what it does best, we need to supply it with the tools to do its job. Correct foods = good job. Bad foods = bad job, it's that simple.
