Made appt to come & fit cctv, waited in all afternoon but no show. Rang & was told van had broken down. Re-booked for 2nd visit, took morning off work, no show again… when I rang he apologised & said he’d completely forgot. I ended up going elsewhere.

My expectations were exceeded at every step. A quality product and service and a really decent price. First contact was prompt, patient and caring and I thought I needed a more complex system than I actually did. Chase's reccommendations kept it simple and were exactly what we needed. Installation was easy and flexible, we had some unforseen covid issues around installation day but these were respectfully worked around with really easy communication. At every point the guys were approachable, friendly and very enthusiastic.
A special mention - I had an old alarm still in place from when I bought the house. It never worked properly and I'd pretty much written it off. Having spotted this during CCTV installation Chase reset and serviced the alarm AND added it to the online management profile of the CCTV. I'm absolutely blown away this was possible and so easy. What fantastic service and with a smile, cant recommend Chase and his company enough. So friendly and couldn’t do enough to help… very knowledgeable and great to know they are only down the road. We had the installation on a Friday as we were away for the weekend, Chase organised the Electrian for the day before and arrived promptly on the following morning. Chase and Sam from iHomeCCTV were great. Very professional and friendly and installed 2 cameras and a DVR box in record time. Also like the quality of cameras, excellent in the day time and works well at night (Hikvision Colorvu).

I went for the pricier option but can suit other budgets as they have a variety of packages so you can tailor what you need for your property.

When selecting the level of CCTV that I required Chase talked and guided me through the different packages available.
Chase was then able to provide me with dates to suit my shift work pattern to discuss face to face at my home and also when installing the equipment & were super speedy from the first contact to completion.
There were a couple of teething issues post installation however both Sam (Installer) and Chase came to my property and resolved the minor issues.
Chase gave me reassurance that should I require any further help/support to contact Ihome on number provide.

I am a Spar shop in a small village in Cornwall. I can not recommend Ihome CCTV enough, they delivered on everything promised and more. I had very specific needs, they guided me honestly and fairly on what equipment was needed. They are very knowledgable, professional, and have customer satisfaction right at the fore front of everything they do. To put it in perspective I contacted Ihome CCTV for a quote in the middle of the pandemic and they were very respectful of all the guidance and requirements despite the inconvenience it had on their ability to do the job efficiently. The job would have impacted numbers in the shop at one time, so much so that they agreed to do the work through the night after hours which allowed us to continue to trade! Both Lloyd and Chase are amazing at what they do and I can not recommend them enough! Even after the job was done they were more than happy to come back without question to make amendments and give system guidance.
