I love Cherry Hill Health and Racquet Club. I've been coming to the gym with my mom since I was in first grade, beginning with karate and moving onto group classes like Kick, Power, Spin, and Insanity as I've gotten older. I love the warm, friendly, family atmosphere and the dedicated instructors. First time visiting this club and loved it. Staff was so nice when I walked in and you can tell they've been there for a long time as they knew everyone that walked in. Tennis courts, parisi and all under one roof. Equipment to work any body part needed and full dumbbells up to 150s. Very clean, no weights left on bars or off racks, and they provide towels!! Only been a member for a little under 3 weeks now, but i have to say it is going well. I’ve mainly been using the gym, but have occasionally played basketball. I do enjoy the gym area. There is a ton of equipment to work out on and there are also multiple machines used for the same workout ex: (multiple chest press machines, bench press, squat racks, and sets of dumbbells ). Also good spot for stretching. Haven’t yet had a problem with waiting on a machine and not finding an open bench. More...

Updated review after reading some comments here.. Literally I don’t understand what people don’t like in this place. And that is sad to see that such reviews get 4-5 helpful marks.
Those are absolutely unhelpful and useless reviews.
One guy is screaming in reviews about color discrimination (I guess because he did not get a job) when there is a great afroamerican coach right now training kids, and they get better every month with him, he is the best coach this place had so far.
My sister is improving every day now since they got those coaches.
Others complain about front desk.. I know this people for 4 years. But I’m sure some people are there for more than 10.. awesome ladies. Laura is the best!

Great place with sauna!!! With tennis, volleyball, pickle ball, basketball, parisi, group lessons and with everything else it needs, never overcrowded, not expensive, good light and no disturbing music, everything is great. My favorite gym!

I start with my initial assessments, your goals, and build a program that progresses as you progress. My goal is to be your coach through every aspect of your training.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Always remember that fitness comes in all shapes and sizes. It's your body so you need to set your goals that fit your physical structure. Not everyone is meant to look like a cover model and not everyone is meant to look like a professional athlete. Be realistic with your goals, there are no such thing as a failure unless you don't try.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my clients confidence building as we train together. That confidence will produce the long term success that is needed to live a healthy more functional lifestyle.
Why should our clients choose you?
It's simple...I believe in training my clients to be functional. My training is based on movements that will help your body take on the everyday challenges that our bodies encounter. We may only train together 1-3 hours a week but I am always your trainer!
