Our dishwasher had packed in - no water coming into it and not a clue how to fix. Called and arranged a call out and they made clear what the call out charge was at the outset. The guys arrived, on time, took a look at the machine, figured out what the problem was then explained what had happened. A pipe underneath had come loose which they reattached. They then tested the machine to make sure it was working. In and out in under 30 minutes and the only cost was the for the callout. Would definitely use in future and recommend them. More...

Can’t rate this company highly enough! After disaster struck and my fridge freezer started to leak gas on fair Friday this was the only company who 1 answered the phone and 2 could put my mind at ease and give me advise on what I needed! No hard sell just help and advise. New appliance delivered and old one removed! Installation engineer was excellent and spent time making sure the integrated fridge freezer was fitted correctly! What a fabulous company to work with. I am giving a rating of 5 out of 5. From the excellent Admin. support I received from the office as well as the excellent Engineers John and Ross, this rating is deserved. John and Ross could have fixed my washing machine but the parts required were going to be expensive so I made the decision to replace. My options were made clear to me as well as expected timescales, I felt well informed. I am so impressed.
John came this morning to replace the element in my oven.
This is the kind of service one cannot fault.
1. He called a while before to say he was on his way and gave an accurate time of arrival.
2. Very professional and pleasant yet allowed me to ask questions that concerned me.
3. He talked me through information I did not know - which can save the life of the element, why I could not set the clock on the cooker, etc (no book when we moved in with brand new oven.) Gave honest / not salesman advice that would just want business that would not be necessary.
4. Made me know I am not just another number with a job to be done, but he was there to give the best service he could.
So a special and big than you John - you are a good advert for the face of your business and I shall also give feedback to our landlords. This is the type of service that should be spread around - why? we have experienced top class service. More...

Tumble dryer heater stopped working. Called this company and was told the call-out would be £40 + VAT which covered all labour for the job, any parts required were chargeable extra. Engineer attended as arranged and fixed the problem. Very satisfied with the prompt and inexpensive service. More...

Just had an engineer out for my dishwasher and am really pleased with the service provided. Engineer was so helpful and friendly. Thought main pump needed replaced (would have been cheaper to buy new machine) but engineer said he wanted to check for a blockage first and he was right - gunge had blocked up pipes coming from machine! Could have so easily been ripped off but instead engineer cleared blockage & was only charge for callout. Would definately recommend company and will use again. More...

Had these guys out to repair my dishwasher, excellent service, called within time they said and were polite and courteous, repair was reasonably priced and fixed on the day. can't ask for more.

This is the second time I have used this company. On both occasions they have come out when they said they would and dealt honestly and promptly with the problem. The first time the repair was carried out at no extra cost to the call out fee and the second time they advised that the cost of the repair would not be worth progressing. I thought I needed a spare part but actually needed a new machine. These guys were brilliant. They came out and fitted the new part but machine was still leaking. I ordered a new machine from them and it was delivered and fitted (old machine taken away) very quickly and they didn't charge for the spare part for old machine. First class, friendly service and they kept me up-to-date with what was happening re times etc.
