We had Dominic's cater my son's wedding. They arrived early and had everything set up and ready to go in plenty of time for the reception. The pasta trays and salads were delicious. The staff kept the trays filled so the guests did not have to wait. Everyone received a personal pizza- they were delicious. The service from the staff was very efficient and professional. These guys are great, and now they just opened a place in ball ground everything is woodfired, so friendly. You ever go somewhere and they look at you like why is this person here, well at Dominic's there customer service alone is tops. Â I'll be back an Arnold would say.

By far one of the classiest owners in this industry I have ever come across. Truly loves what they do, with every intent and detail to ensure the enjoyment of your palate. After eating an incredible 12 oz burger with sauce and my wife dining on the Staten Island Pizza, we couldn't get enough... Only to enjoy the most delicious dessert of freshly made ice cream and fruit pureed ices hand made... I SAID HAND MADE!!To put a 5-star rating wouldn't be fair nor enough... My wife and I went to the new location in Ballground and had an amazing meal. 2 pizzas that were cooked to perfection and a plate of pasta that was awesome. The best part was getting to hang out with Dominic and his wife. These are two of the best people you will ever meet. I wish you the best of luck at your new location. Can't wait to eat there again. If I was a cop, I'd pull this truck over everyday. I haven't had a pie this good since I left Italy. This is real pizza, and Dom may be the nicest person in Woodstock. I'd recommend getting a couple pies and walking across the street to Reformation Brewery to eat it. More...

I found out about this on FB. I sent Dominic a pm and asked if he had gluten free. He answered immediately and said he could if I let him know ahead of time. Its not 100% gluten free so not safe for Celiac but great for me. It is delicious! The best gluten free pizza I've ever tasted! I'm sure the regular pizza is also amazing. I absolutely LOVE this food truck. First, you get authentic woodfire oven pizza! The ingredients are the freshest you can get and the crust and pizza come out mouthwateringly perfect. Also, the burger is the best I have had sense moving to Georgia. It is cooked evenly with a burst of amazing savory flavor! The burger is so delicious you don't need to add a bunch of toppings to enjoy what is already perfection. Also they make their own sorbet- the closet you can get to an authentic Italian ice. Several things will keep you coming back to Truck and Tap in Woodstock.  Easily the top food truck  is Dominic's pizza almost every Thursday.  Having tried every one of his pies, I can say that there is something for everyone.  My kids love it.  We get a variety to share for the table .  The wait time is fast so you can order 3-4 and eat them while it's hot and just place an order for more.  Hot and fresh in no time. I remember my first time talking to Dominic and his family and realizing that no only are you getting great food.  You are helping a small business that actually cares about their product and the people who continually come back to enjoy it.
