End of Tenancy Cleaning
They were awful. I asked for the cleaner to arrive by 9am so I could let them in before heading to work. They were 2 hours late. Then the cleaning was sub-par. Bad enough that our landlord insisted on getting a new end of tenancy clean done and deducting the cost from our deposit. For instance, under / behind the sofa was not cleaned, the skirting boards not dusted, oven was still filthy, inside of the bathroom medicine cabinet was not cleaned, the list goes on, the checklist they assured me they would do was clearly not followed. On top of all this, when I tried to contact them about it with photos to show the problems they have ignored me. I would definitely not consider using them in the future. More...

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes we do on request. All our cleaners are covered for public liability and personal injury. Breakages are covered too but the excess depends upon the cleaning package you choose.
What do you love most about your job?
We are Domestic cleaning company with a WRITTEN QUALITY GUARANTEE. We will offer you a second cleaner if the first disappoints. And, if you are still not happy, we will terminate the service and refund your money.

All carpets are pre assessed and we are honest with you about the end results likely. We can always improve the look and cleanliness of a carpet but some stains simply cannot be shifted without damage to the carpet. We will always advise you in advance of the expected results so you can decide to proceed or not. We can tackle lots of common stains too. Our professional stain removal kit can tackle most of life’s little spills.
As always you can pay over the whole year if you don’t fancy paying us all at once. And the discount for multiple services is still applicable and a rebook at the time of clean will get you the extra discount too. So don’t delay. Have a clean carpet now and pay for it over the next 12 months.
Window Cleaning
In 2011 we invested in brand new and thoroughly modern water fed pole window cleaning machinery. We now use this purified water system in combination with the traditional window cleaning method to ensue the best possible results every time. You can buy our window cleaning service in combination with our other services and benefit from a big discount if you just want an occasion spring clean of the glass. If you want a more regular service this can be supplied too. You can choose from 6, 8 or 12 week intervals – the more frequent the clean the cheaper for you as it will be easier for us! We pay attention to detail every time and clean the frames and sills each time for FREE. After all were already up there aren’t we?
Our window cleaning, carpet cleaning and oven cleaning service can be combined with our regular domestic cleaning service too. And the cost can also all be bundled so you just have a single monthly charge spread out through out the year. It’s all designed to make things as convenient as possible for you.
