I'm very pleased with the punctuality of the engineer who came out to look at my washing machine this morning. I was originally given a time slot of 8am - 1pm, but that clashed with my work hours, so DH rearranged it for 8-9am. The engineer was at my house by 8:30am, which was extremely helpful.I wasn't in love with having to pay £59 for what was essentially a turn of his spanner, but the peace of mind that's brought with it was worth it. The engineer was polite and friendly and I was able to pay by card, which was good as I rarely have cash on me.Would recommend. More...

Called at 8:10am to report a washing machine fault/breakdown.... asked if there was any chance someone could come out the same day. Service desk initially said I don't think it would be possible but they would make a call to an engineer to see if they could somehow squeeze me in and she would call me back. At 8:15am I received a call back to say no problem, the engineer will call you 30 mins before arriving.... Well I got a call at 9:05am, engineer arrived at 9:35am and my washing machine was fixed (in one visit) and the engineer left at 10:10am..... Amazing service, great price and all in 2 hours from my initial call ... I don't normally (through other suppliers) get a fix within a week (with a return visit) never mind a couple of hours. I will use again and could not speak highly enough about the level of customer service I have been given today.... Great company More...
