After trying many other local ironing and cleaning buisnessness in the area I found Domestic Bliss and have never thought twice about finding someone new. What can I say about this nifty little business; the customer service is fantastic. The manager, Tracey, has been incredibly helpful over the last 6 months that I've used the service and has worked around my schedule to pick up and drop my ironing off and informed me of exactly what it was I needed to pay in advance. The quality of the service is brilliant and I have no complaints! I found the pricing to be competitive and within budget unlike other companies i've looked into. How long have you been in business?
We have been established since 2006
There seemed to be a need for domestic help in and around the home and that still seems to be the case to this day. I would say the need is even greater in these busy times.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We can supply equipment and supplies for our customers if this is required.
A lot of customers prefer us to use their own equipment and supplies where upon we would top up any products that run low.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the job satisfaction of making a difference to someone's quality of life by helping them out and giving them back their free time that they work so hard to strive for.
Most people work long hours and the last thing they want to do in their free time is to clean, iron or garden (unless obviously you love all these things).
Some people find it hard to keep on top of the daily chores and that's where we can help a great deal.
Or for others the thought of cleaning and ironing etc just does not appeal and they would rather spend their time doing something completely different but knowing that the house and other chores are still going to be done.
Every one is different and that's where Domestic Bliss can make a difference.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I started Domestic Bliss in 2006 as there seemed to be a need for ironing and cleaning and other chores in the area.
I was looking personally for a cleaner and ironer and perhaps some other services thrown in to help me out but found it was hard to find this sort of service that offers that little bit extra and that personal touch. Therefore, by turning the coin totally over, I set to work to try and supply the services that I was looking for and needed desperately having three young children and little time.
I haven't looked back.

Domestic Bliss are professional and passionate in what we do. We strive to please. We take on all domestic chores and complete them to the highest standards. We are fully insured and our staff are vetted, DBI checked and uniformed. They are also enthusiastic and happy workers. This, I have found, is enormously important and builds a good relationship between the customer and the cleaner.
Your home is your castle. It is filled with many personal aspects of your life. This always needs to be respected and our staff are very aware of this.
Being insured gives you peace of mind. Having the same cleaner regularly is also comforting. We endeavour to achieve this.
Our prices are competitive and have a sliding scale on the hours that are required. I would obviously go over all of this when we have our first consultation and where upon I will leave literature about our other services on offer.
