This company's support is great! I brought I WiFi Cctv kit in 2017, last week (2019) I phoned them asking for some advise, and the person I spoke to went above and beyond, contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to resolve a problem I had, spent ages on the phone with me to help me with the issue, and phoned me back two other days to follow up, he said he'd phone at 12 noon, and both time at exactly 12 noon he phoned me, needless to say that they have resolved all my problems two years after I purchased the item, I will definetly use them again, and refer whoever needs anything to do with CCTV to them! Thanks again :)

I ordered 3 cameras and an NVR from Domar. They arrived quickly. Well packaged. Instructions were fairly useless - the cameras are manufactured in China where “Google Translate” seems to be the standard method for publishing technical manuals. Zxtech would be better off paying tuppence happeny for a native English speaker to put the words in the correct order. That said, the cameras connected to the NVR and YouTube provided the necessary details. An email to Domar’s help department prompted a rapid reply, an appointment was booked and their engineer updated the software and configured the cameras for me online. His explanations made sense. Purchased several ZX-TECH ip camera's and a NVR at Domar. Good service untill you have a warranty issue. I had one IP-camera that was almost 1 year old and stopped working. Contacted Domar and they tried to fix the camera for me with teamviewer without succes. The technical support guy tried everything he could he said, i also tried other cables etc etc, no luck. Conclusion: camera is broken and i had to send it to Domar, costs for me €13 wich they would refund after repair and camera would be send to me back at their costs.......After sending the camera they contacted me that camera worked at arrival and that they don't refund the shipping costs and I also had to pay them 14 GBP to get my camera back !!! That was written in the terms of agreement of Domar when you send back a not broken device....After a lot of emailing and telephone calls explaining them that my camera was broken when sending it and that was also the conclusion of the technical support employee of Domar they kept saying the camera works fine....i took my loss and paid them the 14 GBP to get my camera back at least. After receiving the camera i plugged it in like i did before i send it to them and it worked immidiately.....So if they had done nothing to the camera as they say and just plugged it in then i should had a working camera all the time. MY CONCLUSION: they fixed the camera and just don't wanted to refund my shipping and their shipping costs, a total of almost €30. This is now my 3rd camera from Domar wich went broken, first had a defected motherboard 1 month after warranty went out, wich i had to buy a new motherboard for €35 at Domar, the second camera also stopped working after warranty wich i now have replaced by a HIKVISION wich works fine and now this camera, my third from Domar with problems, that magicly repaired itself while sending it back to Domar !!! So please everyone: go buy your CCTV hardware from a thrustworthy retailer and avoid DOMAR. More...

Bought their wi-fi system with four cameras, the system is an absolute nightmare to set up, even their tech department take ages to get the system running.
Once finally set up, remote viewing has never been possible and viewing the recordings has been one set of problems after another.
Now two of the cameras have failed after only 5 months. I have spent countless hours on the phone to their tech department, and am not prepared to waste any more of my time, when I asked about some sort of refund, even is part, It was just flatly refused.
I would not recommend this company at all.

Very helpful lads! I went to their shop and they helped me with my order.
I work with CCTV for around 5 years, however they guided me through so many tech details that i can say "Now" i have some good knowledge after their teaching.

Wow what can I say, I paid the extra for set up service and was dealt with by Monica. She for sure knows her stuff super fast and nothing is an issue, every question was answered in a way that was completely understandable for my needs. It even got to the point where I just wanted to hear her voice and she is completely reassuring ;-D. The cameras are of good quality and images are clear. I visited their London premises as I had mediocre information about CCTV when initially trying Maplin. They have a small showroom which demos various combinations of products, from different DVR's to various cameras.
After a long discussion of my requirements, they spent 10 minutes setting up a DVR and cameras to show the exact solution we had somewhat agreed on.
After being more than satisfied with the setup, I was then told to download the app so I can see what it would look like viewing remotely with the iPhone. Whilst there's nothing exciting in the app, it serves it's purpose, in my case to keep an eye on things when the office is closed.
The setup was fair enough, but I forgot to forward the correct ports on the office router which was easily resolved. I can now, as expected, keep an eye on things when out of the office, and of course it's recording as you'd expect.
I was surprised to find out the ZXTech brand is their brand, whereas my only interaction with Swann etc is through retailers such as Maplin.
I am all around very pleased with how things went, and I'll be using them for the Cardiff premises too.

I highly recommend them. I've ordered my system a few months ago. I faced some issues and I was sure that something is wrong with the system. I sent them a mail and next day they found that my network was not set propierly. They helped me a lot. Since that day the system is working without any issue, lag etc. They know what they are doing.
