Coffee was good although not hot and the cakes are just exceptional. Nice space....airy and very fashionable. My only criticism is it is only open until 5. 30 and on a busy thoroughfare like this that would appear to be a waste of potential business. Also don't upset the staff.....they're very feisty! This Fine place is just the best - Yesterday we went there to buy some Italian mini pastries and we were greeted by Roberto the owner who knowing we were Italian and we were looking for something special treated us with such grace and regard and spoiled us with coffe and pastries. We left with a big selection of pastries that were just amazing - fresh and delicious and they tasted exactly like they taste in Italy Roberto doesn't mess around! The espresso we had was outstanding too - made by Marianna ! It was just like having coffe in Italy -no difference in taste. A nice large and bright room with bug windows. It has people coming in mainly in peak hours for take away and the rest of the time it has a quiet atmosphere with readers, laptop-people and a rather vibrant music. The pastries and sandwiches are mostly Italian style with means nutritious and delicious. It can get busy every now and then. I haven't been on a weekend yet. More...
