Located in Trafford Park we are a stone’s throw from the Trafford Centre, Salford Quays and Media City. We offer a clean, safe and happy home for your dog during the day whilst you are out at work. The place itself is well set up, however the customer service is shocking. I paid for the lab meet, arrived only to be told it had been cancelled with no notice and have yet to receive my refund. Someone on the Facebook messenger said they would look into it, and I’ve heard nothing over 2 weeks later. I went to the spaniel meet and wasn’t even on the system despite having email confirmation. I was then charged again even though I was told I wouldn’t be. I’ve wrote an email about both experiences but have had no correspondence. I messaged on Facebook to check the email is correct, they messaged back on there to say it was so I sent another email and still nothing. The place may be top notch but it’s a shame their customer service seems to be non existent and looking over other reviews seems I’m not the only one who thinks this. More...

I wouldn’t bother booking a groom. They emailed confirmation in the morning, I drove over, no one there. No one answering the phone, no one called me. That’s really rude and took an hour out of my day. I checked when I got home and they were still taking appointments when there is no one in. Very poor. More...

My dog has been attending for over 1 year. I don’t need to worry while I am at work as I know she will be well looked after. She enjoys her time in the swimming pool (which is a great facility for her). There are 3 separate enclosures to ensure your dog is always in the appropriate activity level. Bella has now been 4 times in the past 2 weeks. One of the youngest she is very well cared for. Her social skills have developed immensely and she just loves going. Fabulous facility. I was only looking for somewhere for my dogs every so often or when we are unable to be around due to being away ect but my Zac absolutely loves going here with his mom cassie. so much so that we are gonna try and bring him atleast once a week. What do you love most about your job?
We get to spend time with dogs all day and it never feels like a job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted to build a day care centre that we where happy to send our own dogs too.
Why should our clients choose you?
We want to provide your dogs with the same care, love and affection we provide our own dogs. We are open from 7am to 7pm from Monday to Friday.
