Gerry is a gem of a find! He adores dogs, is so kind and patient with Noah and the main thing is Gerry’s integrity and approach means we have built total trust in him look after Noah as well as we would. Gerry is extremely experienced, has helped us to make strides with Noah’s training where many others have failed in the past and importantly Noah loves his long walks (and runs); he can’t get out of the door quick enough! Gerry’s approach is personalised to the needs of each dog so even when Noah’s with his small group, you can be confident his needs are being met (including always making sure Noah gets his special sensitivity treats). And he’s brilliant with overprotective dog owners like us; we are never made to feel like we are asking too many questions and the trust we’ve been able to build up and the development in Noah’s training means he has been able to do things we were worried about before - like off the lead which he adores and Gerry has supported us to feel confident with it as well as Noah. 5* plus, plus - cannot recommend highly enough! I could not ask for more in a dog walking service than Hannah and the team! I'm also not sure dog walking does them justice- I am the most relaxed when my little one is in their care. Hannah has a unique ability to understand the dogs and she caters her services around the personalities and needs of each animal. She has been looking after my rescue dog for nearly 3 years and I couldn't manage without her. I recently started a new job which stopped me taking my dog to work and had to reschedule everything surrounding Darcy (my dog!) Hannah's help and relaxed attitude towards the changes has made the transition so much easier and I'm really grateful. Hannah walks my boy everyday and does a fantastic job in keeping him exercised and happy while we are at work. I can't recommend this service highly enough, she also looks after Sacha whiles we are away-much better than kennels as he is settled to stay with someone he knows.

Hannah and her team are fantastic. They are all very loving with the dogs and it's clear that they genuinely care. As a client, you know you are getting the benefit of the team's professional training and knowledge of dog behaviours. They have helped us enormously with our rescue dog (a former street dog from Greece who had a lot of fear and reactivity issues, and who likes to wander!) Hannah and her Team are without question first rate! We have been with Hannah pretty much from the beginning of the Dogknows Bromley and Lewisham franchise and I have never been disappointed with service and really appreciate the loving care provided to our dog Casey. Casey is getting on now and Hannah and her Team have been fantastic adjusting his walks to accommodate his advancing years!
