We were recommended Dog Eden for our golden retriever when she was just a puppy, (after sending her to a well known dog daycare which didn't live up to its promises), and I literally can't stop raving about Aimi and the team. Aimi has provided flexible, friendly and really personal care. She has patiently answered any of my 'first dog' concerns as Bodhis grown up, and helped reinforce any training we are doing. She also spent 1.2.1 time with Bodhi in her first week, ensuring she was comfortable being crated in the car (we believe it became an issue after a bad experience at her previous daycare).Bodhi has been going to Dog Eden for a year now, and absolutely loves her time with the gang - always reassuringly excited to be picked up for playtime.As well as daycare Bodhi has been lovingly groomed by the team and stayed overnight with Aimi many times (the last time a whole week whilst we were married), and has always been returned to us content and tired out from all the playing - perfect!Definitely the best decision I made. We have used Aimi and the Dog Eden team since Axel was 4 months old, she has twice weekly walks and all her 'hand stripping' done there. She gets so exicted when they come to collect her ready to go on her adventures. We often have last minute hospital appointments and Aimi is always flexible to fit Axel in. She is well looked after, loved and cared for. For a tiny dog they have really helped in boosting her confidence and keeps her safe at all times. I have been using Dog Eden since they opened and I would not go anywhere else. My dogs love it when they get picked up and always rush to get out the door with Aimi. My rescue poodle was very nervous to start with and Aimi, Lizzie and the team have gone above and beyond to help nurture him to become more confident. That is above and beyond a groomers job. Dog Eden are not only great groomers as they also offer brilliant informative advice and really want the best for your dogs. They also offer superb boarding facilities which we use when we go away. 110% service is given and they are not only brilliant with the dogs but brilliant with the owners too.
