Dog Days Glasgow

Thanks you Dog Days Glasgow! I cannot praise this company enough. I visited Dog Days with my golden retriever Alfie who I required to have in daycare 3 days per week. I was welcomed with a beautiful reception and well presented, friendly staff members. I met the owner and the manager and found them to be extremely helpful. My dogs was not yet neutered so daycare at this point for not an option. Even though this was the case the owner talked me through all the day care options and explained the process in detail. She also told me to research neutering and take time to make sure it was the right decision and not base this on the daycare requirement as there were other options that may be better suited. She also advised I visit numerous day cares and get a feel for them to make sure I was set on the best option for Alfie should the time come to neuter him. Not only this she provided full details on what the daycare licence provided by Glasgow City Council entailed. It is fair to say I was completely blow away with how professional they were. Later in the year we decided to neutered Alfie and have been using Dog Days for the past year. I really cannot thank the girls enough for all the work they have put in (I know Alfie can be a handful at times). Great doggy daycare services. Staff are great with the dogs, giving great care & attention to them, & also giving feedback abt your dog. You can also watch your pooch on a live stream. Thank you to the wonderful team at Dog Days!My little Lhasa was a rescue and extremely timid around other dogs. I first contacted Dog Days when I got her and they explained the process in much detail. I was anxious about leaving her initially however after watching her in her assessment I was confident she would be ok. On her first day I stayed for half an hour, had a coffee and watched the cameras. She was introduced to the group gradually until she seemed confident to run with a group of friends. As Lola was a rescue we had very little information on her background but the girls spent time with her to make sure she was happy and confident Lola has now been attending day care religiously for 12 weeks and the improvement is remarkable. Lola started with hour sessions to encourage her to come out her shell, she then moved to half days and then full days once we were all sure she could cope. She absolutely loves day care and never wants to leave! Thank you to all the guys for your hard work and dedication to Lola you are one in a million. More...

Our chocolate lab B has been going to doggy day care since mid May 2017 from 10 weeks old and he absolutely loves it there and can't wait to get in the door. Robin and her team are fabulous they are caring, supportive and very professional. As our boy grows into adolescence they give advice and much needed support to us, being first time dog owners. The team keep us informed every step of the way and after advice we decided on a couple of tweaks to his care package to ensure it was tailored to his needs which are working out well.If you have a puppy or dog that needs looking after while you go to work try this place it's amazing. Have to review after reading two reviews that do not accurately describe the centre I visit and use regularly..... Having learned of Dog Days when it opened I was lucky enough to start taking my dog as often as I could justify due to the passion and care the staff have there. Strict screening leaves some owners upset when their dog doesn't conform. Lucky our Skye does.
It is clear to see the dedication, passion, effort, just visit! They have loads of trained staff and webcams to check your dog which is reassuring. I have used Wizard of Paws daycare and on occasions the one staff supposed to man daycare is not even in the room! Very sure I know what one is the safest dog daycare in the west. Add to that Dog Days reception space is bigger than the daycare space at Wizard of Paws! won't be swayed by rogues posting fake reviews and love the centre and staff.
There is only one dog day care I know that makes up games for the dogs, bake and freeze treats, interact, train and work hard with daycare dogs. Check out their social media its speaks volumes. 5 stars Dog Days keep up the good work. More...

Clean and safe environment to keep your furry friends in for the day. All staff are fully trained and insured with the happiness of your pet as their top priority. Facility is regularly cleaned throughout the day and training takes place numerous times during sessions. Dogs are taught how to function in a pack which is paramount to a happy, healthy pooch. Owners are invited to watch their dogs on the webcams, giving them insight into how hard the staff work to keep the pups entertained throughout the day. Our bichon Benji has been attending Dog Days for 6 months now and he loves it. He literally cannot get in the door quick enough. He is truly part of 'the pack' and the other dogs have taught him 'dog etiquette' which only comes from being amungst other dogs in a controlled environment. The Webcam is a reassuring touch, watching Benji playing away happy is very much a comfort. Benji gets over 8 hours of physical and mental stimulation a day in day care as well as a two hour nap when he's in for a full day. Would highly recommend dog days my dog goes 3 days a week and loves it, made lots of new friends. They also do training and always make sure that everydog is happy and comfortable in there surroundings, I can also check in on her from time to time on the live web cams. They have a great both indoor and outdoor space. Reasonable priced for a full day of care also do a pick up and drop off service for when I can't manage it. We have a 6 month old mini dachshund and were really nervous about taking him to a daycare. Robin and the team at dog days glasgow immediately put our mind at ease with their clear passion for dogs and experience. Our pup Travis LOVES his daycare visits and comes home happy and tired from all the play with his doggy friends. When we arrive in the morning he can hardly get through the door quick enough.
