So you know those days when you want to throw your computer against a brick wall? Well, I had one today. Without going into boring details, I finally gave up trying to fix my problem and frantically started looking for help. Joe from Doctor computers has come to my house multiple times over the past several years, trouble shooting and problem solving each time with knowledge and professionalism. He always shows up when he says he will and stays to answer all our questions and explain technical stuff in ways that are easy for laymen to understand. Just this morning when I showed him how my search engine was dead and the links weren't working, he identified the problem in about ninety seconds and ten minutes later it was all fixed. He invited me to "road test it" and when I saw how clean and fast the computer was working I told him right then and there that he was a "freaking magician." Doctor Computers was very helpful with the issues that I had with my computer. He was very informative with his knowledge and was very open with explaining what my issues were and what the fixes for them were. He always broke down everything as far as what would need to be done in order to resolve those issues including the prices for the fixes. Doctor Computers went above and beyond to troubleshoot my issues. They helped me to transfer treasured photos from and old system to a new system. They improved my computer use by streamlining my programs and introducing me to more efficient programs. I was puzzled by my Dell Windows 10 workings and they taught me how to navigate the system.
