I started with Anne in October, I told her I wanted to lose 10lbs and do some toning and strength training. At 8 weeks I lost the weight and some inches. I was amazed at how different my body looked in just 8 weeks. I have since then lost another 4lbs and more inches. I continue to go to Anne because it makes me accountable and keeps me focused. I also feel so much better, I feel positive and my moods have been much better also. She has taught me to eat way better then I use to, I am also eating more than I use to. I am so much stronger than I was. I highly recommended this place and Anne’s expertise. More...

I attended a 6 week HITT class and absolutely loved it!! I have switched my workouts now to strictly doing HITT. You get a better workout in a shorter amount of time.

Sorry for such a late post, but I received a letter from Dan Monnin, who's currently in Navy Bootcamp and in his third week. Anne helped Dan prepare for about quite a few months before he left for Illinois and he specifically told me send a special thanks because training has been a breeze for him. He actually sweat more and got a more intense work out with Anne than he is at bootcamp. Anne's Mobil Fitness is an amazing program that can whip anyone into great shape! More...

Anne is fantastic! I only started with her a few weeks ago and in only 2 weeks lost 10 lbs!!! I have a long way to go to reach my goals but I think with Anne's help it will happen sooner than later. Anne pushes me to keep going when I think I can't and is giving me the assistance, direction, and motivation I need to keep up the workouts on the days I'm not in a session with her. I would recommend her to anyone who has a personal fitness goal whether it be to lose weight, build muscle/strength or to just get in better shape and improve your overall health. I cannot express how happy I am that I found Anne and Do It Right Fitness! With no experience, she welcomed me right into her small group training sessions as a part of her gym’s family! Working alongside an awesome group of people with different needs and goals, all sessions were easily accommodated to individual needs. Building my strength little by little and pushing limits I didn’t even know were pushable I have not only lost nearly 10% of my weight but feel more energetic, stronger and healthier! I just finished a 6 week Master Challenge with Anne. I cannot even find words to describe how wonderful of an experience this was! Anne is a great trainer, she is aware of her clients limitations and is always ready with an alternative exercise if needed, but still ensures her client is getting the best workout!

I am the type of person that needs someone to push what I perceive as my “limits”, Anne is excellent at this. When I would slow up on an exercise Anne was always right there pushing and encouraging me to keep going. She is such a warm and kind individual that you just don’t want to let her down! She has taught me that there are NO LIMITS to what I can accomplish!

I would HIGHLY recommend Anne’s programs to anyone at any fitness level. You will not find a better trainer or motivator anywhere! Thanks Anne for getting me on the right road to where I want to be!

I finished up the six week Over 50 Masters Fitness Challenge and have found it to be one of the most enjoyable (yes, I said enjoyable) fitness programs that I have experienced. After losing about 40 lbs on a diet program, I need some place other than the stereotypical gym to get me back in shape and regain the muscle tone I lost during the diet. Anne is that person that will challenge you and make you better. Great motivation, workouts and a great group of people who also see the benefits to a program such as this.
