I couldn't recommend any other gym besides Do It Right. Do It Right Fitness for Women has changed my perspective on my physical health. I lost 6 lbs. in one month with the help of Brandi and Steve. They're professionals who know their stuff and gave me advice for my eating habits. They made me a personal recommended meal plan to help me achieve my goal and it's helped me tremendously. I love this place. I can't thank Brandi enough for actually helping me on my journey to improve my health. She and her husband Steve have work outs for each week and work right along side of you to encourage as well as ensure that they are being done correctly. In just 10 days I have dropped a little over 3 lbs., 7 inches overall and about 1 lb of body fat. They have meal plans ready and all sorts of healthy eating suggestions for you to take home. I finally found a place that is actually there to help and encourage on improving my health. Brandi and her team are upbeat and always encourage you to keep going. I love the fact that each week they have set up a new routine of workouts and work along side of you for the hour. The groups are small so its like having a personal trainer all for yourself. When I first walked into this gym I was shocked at how clean and nice staffed it was. After doing my first appointment with Brandi I was honestly hooked. Now I’ve been working out for some time to build my confidence level up and the staff has always gone the extra mile. I always ask the staff if they have any recipes and they always text me what they have found :) I also love that they recorded some simple things about planking and squats that I could never remember so when I’m at home I can watch and re watch well doing them. The atmosphere is more then inviting and they always make you feel comfortable and confident in what you are doing. Years ago, a personal trainer told me that as we age, exercise is not just important, it's crucial. Even though I never stuck with that gym, those words always stuck with me. I didn't always heed them - I didn't always exercise regularly, because I am somewhat undisciplined (translate: human), but I was always aware of them. Fast forward to a year and a half ago, when I was fed up with the way I looked and felt. I thought I would benefit from the expertise of a personal trainer, so I started making inquiries. I am so glad I heard about Do It Right Fitness. It is absolutely perfect for me - small classes, expert personal training, in a completely non-intimidating atmosphere, with really reasonable price packages. Brandi and Steve are extremely personable trainers who make sure you are always doing each exercise properly, so as to achieve the most benefit and to not injure yourself in your quest to get fit! The workouts are switched up regularly and every part of the body is targeted. It's also perfect for me because I can make appointments to fit my own schedule, and having an appointment holds me accountable, instead of just "intending to get to the gym sometime today" - I needed that. It's the best thing I've ever done for myself. I feel stronger, my posture is better, and I feel energized by regular exercise. I will never love cardio, but I do love Do It Right Fitness!! I have finally found a place which makes me look forward to working out! Brandi & Steve are amazing trainers who are extremely knowledgeable in health and fitness. They know how to push you but still keep the workouts fun and enjoyable. The classes do not exceed more than 4 people at a time which allows the trainers to really focus on each individual's form and progress. The Zen Planner app makes it easy to book your classes or re-arrange your times for those who have busy schedules. The facility itself is very clean and spacious. LOVE this place - I'm finally motivated to work-out! Each week changes so it keeps you interested and the trainers make you feel so confident. They are amazing at changing each exercise to suit your needs and making sure you have the right posture to achieve the best results. The atmosphere of the gym is so welcoming and motivational and it is just a great place to go for your work-out. I've always struggled with motivation to work-out but I actually look forward to every session at Do It Right!! Brandi & Steve make you feel so confident and push you to achieve great results. I didn't know much about weight training but they are such great teachers and I've learnt so much in just my first month. I have been going to this fitness facility for almost a year now went after knee surgery and although I still have to strengthen it its been a great recovery. I went because I needed to strengthen my whole body. With my chronic back I went to massage and chiropractic visits monthly now is occasional. My core is so weak it was causing my back pain. Thanks to brandi and Steve pushing me to a healthier body my pain is almost gone. Im in a weight loss program they set up for us and im doing great. I am actually finding old self. My mother passed recently which put me in a slump lets say but she suffered from osteoarthritis and died from a hip fracture. So with that in mind I will push forward and build me hopefully a better future with brandi and Steve st my side giving me incouragement. Thanks More...

My sister trains at Do it Right Fitness so I decided to go for a fee trial just for fun. I became a member after my first workout. Brandi and Steve were so welcoming and so supportive. They will adjust the week's workouts to accommodate any pre existing injury you may have and will adjust you and your form to prevent any future injuries. I actually look forward to working out there not only cuz I know Brandi and Steve are gonna kick my butt so I see results, but also because the atmosphere is so friendly there that it's fun to socialize with the other women at the gym. After my husband had a triple bypass, that was my wake up call to do something for myself. Was looking for a gym that gave a more personal touch. Brandi and Steve, the dynamic duo. Both trainers that push you to your limit by providing positive feedback and helpful tips and guidance to achieve your goal. I've already lost 20 pounds thanks to their workouts and meal plans and have gained a ton of energy. 18 months ago I had a knee replacement. 2 months later I was rushed into trauma for a manipulation as my knee froze up. That was followed up with months of rehab and doubt. Doubt by having been told you can't exercise, you'll never run again. It was mentally hard on me. In November 2016 I seen an advertisement for Do It Right Fitness and reached out to them with doubt in my mind. I went in and met with Brandi and booked a free trial to see if we can work with my knee. Never did I think I could do it; I was wrong. I've been training with Brandi and Steve for just over 2 months and in that short time I've been given back my confidence and ability. I'm exercising 3 times a week and running and have more strength. I've mentally changed myself and have become more physical with my knee. I highly recommend that you give them a call today. I've been coming here since beginning of May and I love it! Both Steve and Brittany are great. They ensure I am doing my workout properly. Plus they make a tough session so much fun. I never get upset being told to "proud chest" and "suck in your belly button". Many times I didn't want to do another 30 seconds of jogging but had the reminder of "bathing suit in Cuba". Steve saved my sore body by giving the best "stretching" ever. I actually look forward to going 3 times a week knowing there is going to be an hour of having my butt whipped into shape. This place is killer! Clean and bright as soon as you walk in! With Brandi focusing on technique and Steve pushing your limits, you'll never get bored. They also work with you to alter certain moves so if you're injured so you still get an awesome workout.
