The design and planning of a domestic building application is an activity which requires a high level of trust together with a professional approach of the engaged Architect. We employed DMS Architecture following personal recommendations and have been extremely satisfied with their prompt, personal and professional approach throughout the development. The resulting extension has provided a significant increase in living space and large kitchen area. I am confident that without the professional service that DMS Architecture LTD offered, we would not have been granted planning permission on our site.
Comprehensive and amenable, any and all consultations with the local planning department were communicated in a timely fashion. Motivated and knowledgeable, the DMS team took over from another firm who had made little or no progress.
A complicated development in green belt of the existing farm to residential, each stage was explained thoroughly and discussions were both productive and the project was delivered in the agreed timescale and within budget. Aware of both financial and emotional considerations of the project, our sincere thanks to Michael and the team as I cannot commend them enough for what has been achieved.

DMS did a great job with my plans for a 2 storey side extension to our home. We wanted to create more space for the kids and sought an architect that was able and willing to provide design advice alongside professional drawings, and were very pleased with our choice in DMS.
We asked them for several options and numerous amendments but nothing was too much of a problem.
They also ran our planning application, liaised with the case officer on our behalf and provided us with timely feedback on it's status and were quick to react when presented with queries and requirements to tweak drawings from the planners, which meant that we got planning without having to re-submit our application. Can't recommend DMS highly enough.
