Project Brief
A free consultation for small works projects is part of the service DMS Architecture provides. We will question, query and formulate the brief in accordance to the client’s needs and requirements, looking to add value to the project, but more importantly creating a space or place in which the client can enjoy once complete.
Planning Applications
At DMS Architecture we have years of experience not only producing the drawings & information packages required for obtaining Full Planning Permission but also with liaising with multiple local authorities and their planners. Over the years we have worked and built up relationships with these local authorities and as such have an in depth understanding of the best means of securing the planning permission our clients require.
Measured Building Survey
DMS Architecture offer a measured building survey to facilitate the early design stages, depending on the scale of the project this could be done within one day, or for larger scale jobs 3-4 days.
Our survey fee is dependent on the complexity of the project and site conditions
Project Management
Project management ensures that the design is constructed in accordance with the contract documents, we can offer the management service in which the building is split into its collective packages (windows, roof works etc) tendered and then planned to ensure all packages run smoothly.
Building Regulations
We have a brilliant technical team in house with a great deal of knowledge and experience when it comes to producing high quality accurate technical drawings. Combined with our in-depth understanding of the ever evolving Building Regulations we are able to produce and submitted these drawings to building control on your behalf as part of our services.
